The Apartment
This first floor apartment has 2 double bedrooms, newly fitted open plan kitchen/living area and newly fitted bathroom.
Each bedroom comes complete with bed linen, wardrobes and drawers, work area/dressing table, towels, mirror and hair dryer.
The living area has a double sofa together with a double sofa bed should this be required.
The living area will also have a large wall mounted flat screen smart TV (not shown yet on pictures).

The kitchen area is fully fitted with microwave oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans together with plates, cutlery and glasses should you choose to cook or just have a leisurely drink. Entry to the property is via key code to allow flexibility for check-in and check-out. The code will be provided prior to check-in.

Free Parking is available on some of the streets surrounding the apartment and there is also a small pay and display car park close to the apartment offering free parking after 5pm and only 20p for 2 hours or £3.00 all day.

Chester Race course is around a 20 minute walk from the apartment either through the city with its bustling bars, restaurants and shops or around the city walls with their picturesque views of the city’s architecture and river.
