È un antico e silenzioso appartamento totalmente rinnovato, in pietra locale, adiacente a un ex convento, al primo piano di un edificio di soli due appartamenti. Ideale per coppie, famiglie e gruppi di amici. Si trova in pieno centro e tutti i luoghi di interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, anche le prime spiagge attraverso il lungomare pedonale/ciclabile.

Ho scelto quest'area perchè è la parte storica della città, sul mare. Il quartiere è molto vivo ed i migliori ristoranti, bar e luoghi di interesse sono nelle immediate vicinanze.
La spiaggia del Lido, particolarmente adatta ai bambini per l'acqua poco profonda per molti metri dalla battigia, dista solo 1.4 km ed è facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o in bicicletta percorrendo il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile. Oppure, con l'autobus la cui fermata dista 4 minuti a piedi.
La spiaggia di Maria Pia, con una pineta adiacente, dista 3 km. Anch'essa raggiungibile a piedi o in bicicletta percorrendo il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile, o con l'autobus.
Nei pressi dell'appartamento è presente un efficiente servizio di noleggio biciclette.

A Iolanda Apartment ci si sente subito a casa. Rinnovato completamente prestando attenzione ai materiali, al benessere e scegliendo dei colori riposanti. Il tetto è coibentato, gli infissi sono moderni e dotati di vetrocamera, le pareti sono state rifatte in calce naturale, priva di emissioni nocive. Il pavimento rinnovato con mattonelle in tipica graniglia nel rispetto della tradizione.
L'appartamento è composto da un soggiorno con angolo cottura che ha la finestra sulla piazza. Sulla sinistra si trovano le due camere da letto che sono situate verso l'interno e risultano, dunque, molto silenziose. Il bagno è dotato di lavabo, doccia, vaso e bidet. Luminoso, silenzioso e fresco nella stagione estiva, con colori e un'atmosfera rilassante.
Internet TV, internet Wi-Fi illimitato, aria condizionata/pompa di calore, lavatrice, forno microonde, bollitore, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, cassaforte, biancheria. Lettino per bimbi e seggiolone (disponibili gratuitamente su richiesta).
