1 separate fitted kitchen ele-fanti house is located in the historic center in a unique location within a condominium building of the end of 800 with elevator, internal condominium garden and doorman you can contact at any time and you will receive the arrival in the event Of my absence. Lacasa is very close to the square with the Basilica and the Scala Santa. From here you can walk to the Coliseum and the Imperial Forum in 20 minutes.
Around the house there are many multiethnic shops and restaurants as well as trattorias of the Roman tradition. Within 10 minutes you can reach the famous Via Sannio Market
One minute's walk is Marconi Metro line A, which connects you quickly to the Vatican and the Spanish Steps, and at the station you can find a bus stop.

Great location

We stayed for 3 months at this apartment. Frank and Marco were a great help. Location was close to metro buses and sights . would definitely recommend a stay here!!!

Great for families

Clean and great kitchen. Location was perfect connecting to main metro line. Close to colosseum and several beautiful churches. Easy to reach the owner. Would definitely recommend for family.

Great place to stay in Rome

The property is very comfortable and the amenities are excellent. The host replied to our messages fast. The area is full of restaurants, small markets and the metro a block away. The main landmarks are close to the property. Marc helped us a lot.

Charming Property in Convenient Location

The rental was clean and spacious, and it was nicely prepared for us three guests. The rental was also conveniently walking distance to the Manzoni Metro and close to key landmarks in Rome. Thank you, Frank and Marco!

A short stay at Franks pad.

This was a great spot for the family. Just a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. The metro is about 100m from the accommodation. The accommodation itself was clean and had all that is needed for a short stay. Thanks to Frank and of course to Anna who was there to greet us.

Good location, modest accommodations

Frank (the owner) was always quick to respond to any of our inquiries. Marco (the property manager) was very helpful and friendly as well. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in Rome because it is right next to the metro and bus stops. You can even walk to the Colosseum for here. The apartment has all the amenities you need - air conditioning, kitchen, and washer. Great price and gets the job done for a modest and affordable stay in Rome.

We had a wonderful stay. The Termini is right nearby, only 2 stations away by metro, it is easy to walk to plenty of cool stuff nearby. The kitchen was great. I like to be able to cook while traveling so having that option was good. There’s a Washer in unit so we were able to clean our laundry as well. The Doorman was excellent, clear communicative and made an extra effort to accommodate our inability to speak Italian. The Air Conditioning was super effective. Overall it was an amazing stay, and I hope to stay again someday.

Excellent location in Rome

The location of this apartment is within walking distance or metro/bus to attractions, groceries, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the amount of space in the apartment and it was very comfortable for several days. Marco was our primary contact and he was very helpful. We definitely recommend this place. Would like to note that the beds are small and the toilet is placed so close to the shower that there is not much leg room. The apartment faces a very busy street which means the windows need to be closed during the day to keep out all the noise. It was quiet at night. Overall, a great place to stay.

The apartment was clean and solid, every thing worked. On the downside the apartment was modern and the furnishings hard and uninviting, The beds were like something you would find in a monestary, very narrow. The beds were comfortable but if you plan on having sex while you stay in this place forget it. The bathroom is very crowded ( most European bathrooms are.). to sit on the toilet you have to jamb your knees into the shower. The shower is one of those tubular types. everytime you turn around you hit the faucet handle and get scalded or frozen. There is a bidet which takes up as much room as the toilet and in my opinion is completely useless. If you are a big person this is going to drive you mad.

El apartamento dispone de lavadora pero yo no estaba seguro, se lo pregunté y contestó que "solo para el personal de limpieza. Hay lavanderías cerca en caso de necesidad". Pero vi la lavadora en el baño.

Location

This property is in a nice location. Within walking distance to everything. The train station was close, the coliseum was close. We walked the entire week to everything. Never needed a bus or cab. The Vatican was 3 miles away but an easy pretty walk. The road the apartment is on was busy but the windows blocked most of the noise. The only thing that bothered us was the shades do not block the streetlights & had to wear a mask to sleep. Otherwise it was very pleasant. Thank you to Marco the property manager. He was very helpful & sweet.

First time vacation in Rome

Frank welcomed us with open arms, and kindly explained us what to do, where to go and also met us at his place when we arrived. Very clean and near the metro so you can easily travel everywhere.

The appartment is very nice, clean and with anything you may need inside or near it (a lot of groceries with large opening hours.) Located near a big and passing road but windows are very efficient when they are closed. Thank you Anna and Franck for the hospitality. We enjoyed the journey, Roma is a fantastic town. Perfectly positioned to visit everything

You are in walking distance of the Colosseum and Palestine Hill. As well as a number of fantastic restaurants. We enjoyed the sounds of Rome from the apartment and were given a warm welcome from Frank. He shows you around the place and makes sure you have everything you need. Fortunately during our stay it was uneventful and we did not need to contact Frank, but I know he would've been happy to help us. We enjoyed our stay here and loved our easy access to Rome!

This was a fantastic apartment for us! The location within 1 block of Manzoni Metro stop is super convenient. The apartment is really lovely, well appointed, clean, and modern. Frank was a pleasure to deal with during booking and provided excellent information on locating the apartment. His neighbour, Anna, was extremely friendly and pleasant during checkin and provided very valuable advice regarding things like grocery stores, etc. We can recommend this apartment very very highly.

Ottima posizione per visitare le bellezze di Roma: a due passi dalla metropolitana linea A, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo; a 5 minuti a piedi dalla basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. Supermercato e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Grande disponibilità del proprietario signor Frank, che ci ha accolti e consigliato le zone da visitare al di fuori dei soliti circuiti turistici.
