About this property

Domus Linda

This beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom apartment is wonderfully located a few steps from Termini station where you can start your sightseeing and reach any point of the city thanks to the many public links.
Bright and colourful spaces furnished with private treasures from trips around the world give this apartment a particular flair of global urbanity.
The apartment is located right in front of Roma Termini in the very center of Rome, and also directly across from the bus stop to the airport. As such, a considerable amount of travel time is naturally saved upon arrival and departure, but also during your stay. This makes it the perfect apartment for who is practical: those that do not want to waste time reaching the apartment but also for those who wish to move with ease around the city, being so well connected both on foot and by bus and metro.
It is also within walking distance of Monti, an area famed and loved for its boutiques, artisan shops and restaurants, as well as the Coliseum and the Imperial Forum.
The one bedroom apartment is very luminous and spacious, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and for the culinary inclined a visit to the Mercato Esquilino (one of the largest and most well supplied in Rome) is a must, especially since it is a mere 5-minute walk from the apartment. For history buffs, this is a perfect starting point for discovering some of the most particular churches of Rome, such as Santa Maria degli Angeli with its sundial or the paleo-christian Santa Maria Maggiore.
Set on top of the Esquilino, one of the seven hills of ancient Rome, this soulful home is ideal for who desires discovering some of the unique sides of the eternal city.
Provided with Wi-Fi, AC, toaster, boiler and all you need even for a long term stay, you can relax and start whistling as your holiday has just started. The apartment features a kitchen, a big living room with a double sofa bed and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed.
The original decorations by an African artist embellish and make this place unique, colourful, and airy!
