This beautiful and comfortable villa has a capacity of 8 people, with 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower, a large living room with access to the garden. Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room. On your covered terrace facing the swimming pool, you can enjoy pleasant evenings and prepare a delicious meal on your barbecue.

It has parking inside the fully fenced plot.



The villa's excellent location means that all destinations are within easy reach, both the beach which you can access on foot, as well as other towns and villages.

The long golden sandy beaches have made this part of Denia a favorite spot for families. Kids have plenty of room to play in the sand at their leisure, while the shallow waters make them safe for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports.

Among the many tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca, Dénia is one of the most attractive, not only for its 20 km of coastline, but also for having a beautiful historic center and a great cultural heritage. Denia named "Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO" has countless restaurants, as well as shops and all kinds of entertainment. The port area is an ideal place to stroll and enjoy its view of the sea and its imposing castle.

Nice location. Beds were comfortable. Perfect amount of kitchen wear. More towels and need beach towels too. Knives that are sharp.

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr geräumiges großes Haus mit viel Platz. Typisch Spanische Einrichtung. Probleme = Anruf und sofort Abhilfe Preis Leistung für den Monat Oktober fand ich nicht so angemessen. Es ist leider alles teuerer geworden. Rollos stocken. Leider direkt an der Strasse, im Sommer ( Hauptsaison) bei mehr Feriengästen kann es sehr laut werden. Dies kann man leider nicht ändern. Grundgewürze wären ganz gut im Haus als Standart.

Villa muy completa junto a la playa

Villa muy espaciosa, muy bien equipada y cuidada. A escasos 3 minutos de la playa, en zona tranquila. Ideal para ir con familia. En la medida de lo posible, entregad un planning con los días y franjas horarias previstas para que el personal de servicio (limpieza, jardineria, mantenimiento de piscina...) se persone en la villa para tener conocimiento y así asegurar la privacidad.

Nos sentimos mejor q en nuestra casa. Motivo: Lo cómodo del habitáculo y la familia bajo ese techo Está todo ok, pero un “repasito” a algunos gresites de la piscina, sería un plus.

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus, es war alles ok. Positiv: Sehr nettes und Freundliches Agenten Büro. Kurzer weg zum Strand, der bewacht wird, hilfreich ist es, wenn man seine eigen Strand Stühle hat, am Strand selbst ist sonst nichts Negativ: Gebucht haben wir für 7 Personen, aber es sind nur 6 Liegen vorhanden. Das Mobiliar auf der Terrasse ist leider auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Straße am Haus ist doch sehr laut.

Vivienda especial para pasar unas vacaciones excelentes en familia.

Todo está perfecto, si me apuras habría unos muy pequeños detalles a mejorar pero pasan desapercibidos. (Ejemplo mando en la puerta garaje) Excelente limpieza de piscina, jardín etc. Lo que acabo de describir sin más.

Zubehör und inventar

Unser aufenthalt war sehr schön... Zum Haus: grundreinigungs mittel ( wie abwaschlumpen handtücher/Abtrocknungstücher..waren doch 14 tage in diesem haus)für den täglichen gebrauch fehlten Grill war nicht gereinigt worden vermuttlich seit monaten oder jahre nicht....!! und dann leider gebrannt hatte beim anzünden... Dann wurde uns ein kleiner kohlen grill gebracht leider ohne kohle... Beim gasgrill war das gas dabei..

Vielen Dank, dass Sie unser Haus für Ihren Urlaub ausgewählt haben. Es tut uns sehr leid, was passiert ist, so etwas ist noch nie passiert. Der Holzkohlegrill wurde zur Wartung gebracht, damit der Grill bis zum Austausch erhalten bleiben konnte.

Super Haus. Klimaanlagen für jedes Zimmer. Ausreichend Platz. Saubere Badezimmer. Schöner Außenbereich. Die Matratzen hätten besser sein können und für die Küchenausstattung haben wir das ein oder andere gekauft da dort ein bisschen was fehlte. Der Gasgrill ist Super!

Son ya muchos los años que utilizamos los servicios de BTB, y nos encanta la atención que recibimos. Amén por supuesto de la Villa, que reune todas las comodidades para pasar unas felices vacaciones en familia. Hemos llegado a un punto, que es dificil encontrar un punto de mejora. Y la razóm estriba es que cuando hemos pretendido "algo" no ha habido objecion alguna. Un ejemplo, la barbacoa de este año. (Ahi estaba nada mas llegar).

Pocas mejoras

Amplitud de la casa. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. El mobiliario del jardin y terraza. Limpieza de la barbacoa: Nada más llegar vimos q estaba goteando aceite porque estaba rebosando la bandeja donde cae el aceite. Tuvimos que comprar quitagrapas y limpiar bien la bandeja y las rejillas. Potencia agua caliente en piso de arriba.

Como en casa y con la playa al lado.

Realmente "todo" y sobre todo (valga la redundancia) la rapidez con la que actua la Inmobiliaria para subsanar cualquier pequeña "deficiencia". Para los amantes de los alimentos a la brasa, (como nosotros), no estaria de más una barbacoa metálica, que se pueda mover y dejarla bajo cubierta, despues de utilizarla y para que no se deteriore.
