The modern integrated kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and washer/dryer.

The large master bedroom includes a king sized bed and feature window, there is no better view to wake up to than the boats and the bay! There is a triple wardrobe which also includes plenty of drawer space. The en-suite bathroom includes a large power shower and storage in mirrored cabinets. There is a 42” wall mounted smart TV and a DVD player. The master bedroom also has French doors that open onto the terrace.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and leads onto the main bathroom. There are two windows looking out onto lush greenery. The mirrored double wardrobe provides plenty of storage space for clothes. The bathroom includes a large shower cubicle with power shower and a toilet, sink, bidet and mirrored wall cabinet for storage.

The large south facing terrace includes a Barlow Tyrie dining table that comfortably seats 6 people and there are two Barlow Tyrie sun loungers perfectly positioned for the sun all day long. . The terrace has plenty of lighting for night time dining and spotlights in the walls which look beautiful when the sun has gone down!

Neighbourhood

A two minute stroll along the sea front leads you to a strip of fab restaurants. La Mere Germaine is a very well known seafood restaurant where you can often see celebs arriving by boat.... a further two minutes and you hit the bustling Old Town where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and all the local amenities you could need.


Getting Around

The gate to the entrance to the apartment is literally opposite the train station, you couldn't be in a better location for public transport! Villefranche sur Mer is situated between Nice (6 minutes on the train) and Monaco (14 minutes). The train runs all the way to Ventimiglia (Italy) in one direction and to Cannes in the other with plenty of fab places to visit along the way including Menton, Monaco, Eze, Cap-d'Ail, Antibe and Juan les Pins.
