Entrance: Here you find the living room, open kitchen, dining room and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior of Maxmara is modern with luxury. The inside is light with a modern atmosphere. Maxmara disposes of a a paranomic view the urbanisation. Maxmara has a built surface of 130 square meters. You have to your disposal terraces. You find the swimming pool at the backside of your villa. Maxmara has disposal of a permanent stone bbq cooking utensils. This holdiay residence is very suitable for families with children .
Jacuzzi is not working ,is used like a normal bathtub.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.

Do not book this accommodation!

During our stay at this location, we were astonished at how the photos deceive you into booking this cottage. The following points caught our attention: - The showerhead is broken, making it difficult to shower properly. Water splashes out from the side. - The couch has a dirty cover on it. The actual couch is made of faux leather, which is completely torn. - There's no air conditioning, and with the glass ceiling, it can get very hot. - The umbrella is broken and can't be used. - Wifi doesn’t work! And the signal in the mountains is very poor. - No sheets and towels provided. - The hot tub is dirty and smells. Even after cleaning, the smell remained. It's not usable. - Barking dogs at night keeps you awake

Évaluation des lieux

La villa est très excentrée si vous chercher le calme c’est l’endroit idéal par contre l’absence de climatisation marque un bémol non négligeable car le soir nous est très difficile de dormir avec la chaleur, impossible s’ouvrir les fenêtres sinon on est attaqué par les moustiques ça aurait été judicieux de mettre des moustiquaires pour profiter de la fraîcheur extérieur. La piscine est assez grande pour une famille de 5 personnes. On aurais aimé avoir un robot ou un moyen pour nettoyer le fond de la piscine

Villa très agréable, très moderne

Villa très agréable, très moderne . Cependant nous déplorons le manque de confort de la literie et le manque de certains ustensiles (pas de passoire, pas de bacs à glaçons, pas de sèche cheveux ) L’aboiement incessant des chiens est parfois gênant. Point de vue superbe sur la montagne .

Photos et descriptifs correspondant à la réalité. Correspondants téléphoniques avant départ ont toujours été disponibles et efficaces Emplacement exceptionnel. Vue magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Sejour correspondant en tous points à nos attentes Merci beaucoup pour le ventilateur mis à notre disposition. Afin de ne pas déranger le correspondant local il manquerait juste une information indiquant l'emplacement des poubelles et du compteur électrique. En effet nous avons eu un orage en pleine nuit qui a nécessité le reenclanchement de celui ci et nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à le trouver (caché derrière un miroir)
