Bright apartment of 70 sqm completely renovated in the hills of Chianti on the first floor consisting of: kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 2 large terraces with panoramic views of the beautiful surrounding hills. Entrance from external staircase and independent gate.
We are in the hills outside the traffic, immersed in silence and tranquility. We have the terrace / solarium overlooking the surrounding hills.
If you love horse riding or cycling or visit the wineries of the wineries this is the right place.
You will also have the opportunity to use our mountain bikes to discover the Tuscan hills
We are in the hills far from the traffic, some near houses but above all a lot of nature.

A perfect setting for a holiday in Toscany

Roberto and family offers a clean, modern and spacy apartment for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The first floor apartment is situated in rural surroundings on a hillside in the lovely Chianti hills. The terrasse is something special with a fantastic 180 degree view of hills, fields and woodslands including Firenze at a distance. We did walks in the nearby area and it was easy to reach the famous sights of Toscany by car. So Sezzate 40 was a perfect setting for fantastic vacation in Toscany for us. We can only recommend a stay with Roberto and his friendly family.
