Dogs OK! $120 Dog Fee per Dog - per stay - No enclosed areas for pups. They must be on-leash when out of the house. For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house.

We had a wonderful time in Dillon Beach with our group of 12! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub, PlayStation, pool table, and sharing the bunk room together. It had a nice amount of seating for meals and playing games. The house is located on top of the hill above the beach and has beautiful views of the area. While it was a little too far and steep of a walk for our littles, it only took a few minutes to drive to the beach. We also enjoyed driving into Bodega Bay to explore other beaches and do a little shopping. Nice getaway to the coast!

Great house with incredible views~

We spent Friendsgiving here and loved the views and projector for a cozy weekend in. The trail to the beach near to the house was STUNNING. Highly recommend going if you stay here and the weather is nice.

Peaceful beauty

We had an excellent time at Northern Lights. The views, the ocean waves, the breeze, the game garage, the hot tub. We’d love to stay here again as a family. Dillon Beach is lovely too.

It was great, the only down fall was the patio couldn’t sit out because of the birds and bird mess, but that was ok because of the area. We still had a great time

Northern Lights was a perfect weekend getaway!

Four of us celebrated my 40th at Northern Lights, having the best time relaxing and enjoying the home. Even with the rain pouring, we were able to enjoy some local sights, but having the beautiful, well stocked home made it even better to celebrate indoors. Stace's team was amazing with communication every step of the way and answered promptly.

We spent the week cooking, playing games, hiking and beaching. The house was perfect in size with space to gather and enough room to space out too. The kitchen was well equipt to handle large meals. Kids loved the garage full of air hockey, pool table and the video games. Views were amazing and we loved sunset walks and watching all the wildlife. Great vacation spot - we will treasure our memories here.

The location was perfect and the house is family-friendly which we appreciated. There are a few things that could use updating/fixing in the house - some of the screen doors kept getting stuck, bedroom door downstairs needs to be fixed, decks had quite a bit of bird poop that needs to be removed. But overall the house is great and views are spectacular.

The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for making family meals. The projector tv was fun to watch movies in the evening. The home has lots of different spaces to hang out. The driveway was a little tight for our larger vehicles. I would say the bathrooms need a little love but overall a clean home. The bedroom near the hot tub also had a very musty smell. We used the game room and the hot tub. We had a little trouble with hot tub but property mgmt took care of it right away.

Home in need of repairs

We picked this home based on the location and have stayed in 2 other rental properties within a block of this home. Upon arrival we were taken back by the wear of this home and lack of upkeep. The basketball hoop out front is broken and we were notified of this shortly before we arrived. It looked like it had been duct taped in an attempt to repair it a long time ago. The projector ( which is the main room screen) was broken , the shower curtain was half missing in the downstairs bedroom, the hot tub looked murky and home overall is in need of some tlc. The repair person came and fixed the stove hood light while we were there and when we asked him to repair the projector he noted that’s not on his list but it’s a know splitter issue they have. We received a notice about the trash can straps not being on the garbage cans from the HOA however we put them on to the best of our ability as the trash was full already when we checked in. The patio furniture is growing moss all over it. This house has a lot of potential but needs repairs and upkeep.

There was space enough for us to eat together, spend time lounging and the views of the ocean and ravine were lovely. We saw lots of native wildlife, including some bucks fighting like on a nature show! Some of us enjoyed the hot tub and game room, which are great amenities to have! The kitchen is fairly well stocked and there is loads of prep space. We wish the kitchen cupboards had a little more attention paid to them as we found mouse droppings* in the back of the lower corner cabinet and some crusty/old pans that need to be retired/replaced. It would also be nice if the air freshener smell was less aggressive. Overall is was a very pleasant stay and we would return or recommend to others. *the house backs up to a ravine with lots of nature all around so critters are to be expected but not cleaning up after them is not

This was our first time booking a vacation rental. The house was as listed. Beautiful clean home with plenty of amenities. The pool table in the garage was a hit. And the sunsetting into the ocean from the back porch was amazing. Thank you for amazing time celebrating a 50th birthday.

It was a great location and served us well. The spaces were perfect for our needs. The garage had a pool table and ice hockey game which were fun to play. There is a wonderful walk along the cliffs a short distance from the house. There needed to be more hand towels bath towels and pillow cases for the 10 of us staying in the house. We could have used more cleaning supplies.. we had a mouse problem in the kitchen. The hot tub cover needs some refurbishing and repair.
