Enjoy mornings by the coast, afternoons on the sand, and evenings soaking in your private hot tub. Welcome to Pacific View, a spacious three-bedroom, two-bath home in Bodega Harbour South, approximately a quarter-mile walk from the beach.

Overlooking the golf course’s first fairway, this 2,000-square-foot home offers views of Doran Beach, Bodega Head, and the Pacific Ocean. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, and tall windows fill the home with natural light, creating a welcoming place to gather with family and friends.

ROOM TO RELAX

The living room sits about six carpeted steps above the main level. Four large picture windows frame the coastal scenery—a lovely spot to watch the sunset or settle in by the gas fireplace.

Comfortable leather sofas, a 55-inch TV with Roku and cable, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a collection of books, magazines, and movies make it easy to enjoy a quiet evening at home.

THREE COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS

The bedroom arrangement gives families and couples room to spread out, with the primary suite at the front of the home and two guest bedrooms in the back wing.

• Primary suite: King bed, ocean views, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a separate toilet compartment. A trundle provides two twin beds in the same room—helpful for families with children.
• Guest bedroom two: Queen bed, vaulted ceiling, TV/DVD player, and golf-course views.
• Guest bedroom three: Queen bed, vaulted ceiling, TV/DVD player, and golf-course views.

King and queen beds have memory-foam mattress toppers. Reading lamps, extra pillows, and blankets add comfort throughout.

The second full bathroom is near the guest bedrooms, along with a laundry closet containing a washer and dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare breakfast before the beach or gather for dinner in the well-equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area, with seating for six to eight.

The pantry includes helpful basics such as coffee, tea, seasonings, foil, and plastic wrap, making it easier to settle in and feel at home.

TWO OUTDOOR SPACES

Choose your favorite place to unwind:

• The rear deck overlooks the golf course and has five Adirondack chairs.
• The enclosed side deck includes the private hot tub, propane barbecue, and a lounge chair.

FAMILY & BEACH EXTRAS

Pack a little lighter. A high chair, infant seat, board games, and Super Nintendo games are available, and outlets have safety covers.

In the garage, you’ll find beach blankets, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, ice chests, and sand toys. A parking pass is also provided for trips to Doran Beach when you prefer to drive with your gear.

PERSONALLY CARED FOR

We personally clean and care for Pacific View, paying attention to the details that make a stay comfortable—from well-stocked soap and paper supplies to extra bedding.

We also own a plumbing, heating, and electrical business, giving us practical experience in keeping the home well maintained and responding when something needs attention.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• Occupancy: Maximum six adults, with up to two additional children for an extra fee.
• Beds: One king, two queens, and two twins. The twin trundle beds are in the primary suite.
• Layout: All bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and the dining area are on the main level. The living room is approximately six carpeted steps up, with a railing.
• Entry: Two low concrete steps and two wooden steps lead to the front door.
• Pets: Non-shedding or low-shedding breeds may be considered during select months. Please send an inquiry and receive approval before booking with a pet.
