The location is amazing, great deck overlooking the ocean. Just down the path gets you to a rocky beach, and on lower tide you can take a short walk over to the main part of Dillon beach.Really appreciated the very comfy king beds, game room in the garage, roomy house.

THe Tide Pool

Great for kids and adults!

We live locally and stayed here over spring break so we could go back and forth for sports. The house worked perfectly for us. The kids walked down the beach each day to play whiffle ball, collect shells and go in the water. When they weren’t at the beach, they were in the hot tub or the game room. While they were busy, I was able to work a bit or sit outside and read a book while listening to the ocean. Great times were had by all and we will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The games room was great for the kids. We enjoyed the hot tub. The beach is very close and the weather was perfect. There was a couple dirty things like the shower curtain in the downstairs main bathroom but the majority of things were clean. There was lots of supplies and extras we forgot to bring which was very helpful. The jets in the master bedroom Jacuzzi tub do not work. I missed that in the advertisement description but the hot tub outside was very nice. I love that you can bring you dogs and our poodles loved it also. I'd say it's definitely worth 1000$ a night but would not rent again during high demand times when it's more than that.

The house was beautiful inside and out. Clean and comfortable. Ocean view was awesome. Game room was so much fun! Trail to beach was tricky at the end. Already want to go back! Recommend highly! Host Stacy was wonderful!

Wonderful home

This property is amazing fun for the whole family. Short walk to the ocean. The view from the deck is amazing and we enjoyed dinner out there every night. We wish couldnof stayed longer will definitely be back.

Good stay overall

The only problem is that Dillon Beach does not have a pharmacy in case there is a need and general store does not carry extensive pharmaceutical needs. The restaurant scene is a little outside the area.

The Views

In this beautiful location, we loved the views the home had lots to offer. I did find the home to be just right for us although it had a few spiders webs I had to clean them up and kill two of them. other than that it was a delight to spend my bday there.

Beautiful Ocean Views

The views were amazing. My family loved sitting in the hot tub at night overlooking the ocean. The garage had a lot of fun games for the family to use. The kids enjoyed the second story area and claimed it as their club house. The path to the ocean was short, but too difficult a hike for grandma and grandpa. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We would come back again.

Amazing Place to Celebrate 50th Birthday

Family and Friends had a very comfortable stay here. The location and view are unbeatable. The VRBO had everything we could have needed. Enjoyed walking down to the beach and sitting on the patio watching the sunset. It was by far one of our best family trips ever. Stacy was amazing to communicate with. Very prompt response time and gave some great restaurant recommendations. Game room needs a good cleaning, but other than that, everything was top notch! We will definitly be back again!

Beautiful View

I have been waiting for so long to rent this house. I was happy with the views and the space. The beds were not comfortable and I was very sad for you that people have trashed your game room. It is a wonderful place but looks like you have not had good renters.

Lots of views from this house of the ocean. Nicely appointed bedrooms all with King size beds. Largest Master Bedroom has bunk beds in walk in closet. Great room has a queen size sofa bed. Path to beach next to house and 10 minutes from house. Great house to cook in, relax and lots of adult and kid family games in garage such as ping pong, foosball. Pool and darts in garage. We didn’t drive anywhere the four days we were there.

Beach walk right out the front door!

Great location for a beach getaway! The views were captivating and endless from upstairs to downstairs. And the access to the beach was right out the door. There’s a great trail with a creek flowing adjacent to it. Our stay was short. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The washer/ dryer is advertised but there is a note in the house not to use it and to take 5 minute showers. The kitchen cookware could use an upgrade as the Teflon was in poor condition. Overall a great place with a few areas that could use improvement.

Stunning views!

The views were stunning! Property management were very responsive. The path leading to the ocean can be alittle hard for some. (Thin, rocky wet/muddy in some areas) There is another path not far from this one that I found easier. The home is beautiful and as list but there are things that I feel that have been over looked and or showing aging. Patio doors have no locks, only pieces of wood at the bottom of the tracks, lining under couch hanging down, one of the bbq burns doesn’t work, handle to patio door going out to spa is loose, toilet paper holder in down stair bedroom is loose, mold at bottom of shower curtains, a few kitchen cabinet doors need fix, curtain rod falling down in dining room, handle to freezer fell off, house walls are in need of a fresh coat of pain not just touched up with the wrong color of paint or primer. With all that said, my family and I enjoyed this home!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hot water heater, WIFI and heater in house didn’t work upon arrival. Barstools on kitchen counter are falling apart. Hot tub control panel showed service over due and some jets didn’t work, missing latches on cover, blew off in winds. Shuffleboard table legs very loose, pucks broken. Some lights didn’t work. Upstairs toilet float sticks, handle to freezer kept falling off. Many of the features on the three showers didn’t work. Your staff worked very hard to get water heater and heater fixed and we appreciated the one night comp you gave us. We had to alter our plans for the first two days due to the heat and water issues.

First of all Wine Country to Coast were excellent resources for us and responded promptly to our needs, which were few. Description of the property on the website is reflective of what you will get when you walk into the house which was clean and inviting. Easily accommodated our 10 people comfortably, with lots of space, seating and a great kitchen (well stocked) for entertaining. The weather went from sunny and shirt sleeves to stormy, wet, and cold over the course of our stay yet we never wanted for anything as the temperature remained perfect and windows and doors were well maintained to mitigate the rain and cold temps that accompanied the storms. Game room was good although for us a bit too cold on the bad weather days. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Great House but not really close to the beach per sey

The pic going down to the beach is a little misconceiving. The path next to the house is ok until you get to the bottom. You will be going down on your butt over the rocks to get to the small beach areas. Overall, the house was nice. Basically, a 3 bedroom. The master upstairs has bunkbeds in a closet. There is a couch that is a hid-a-bed in the livingroom. Ocean veiw was great. No fenced in area for your pup.(which they stated). The BBQ ingniter didn't work. The dishwasher door when opened and the bottom drawer pulled out basically put everything on the floor. (be carefull). We let the propery management know. It would have been nice to know which type of coffee maker they had which was both regular perk & Kuerig. Overall with the hiccups, it was good.

The kids loved the game room, and we all enjoyed the awesome tide pools. The path to the beach took about 3-4 minutes with some rocks at the end. It was often cool and windy, but overall, I would highly recommend the TidePool house.
