This cozy & sweet beach home is clean & comfy & is perched on a bluff w/stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The promise of sea breezes, possible sightings of whales/dolphins/surfers & the sounds of the breaking waves below, create a perfect getaway for both family gatherings & romantic getaways. There is seating on the wrap around deck, a gas BBQ and a glass windbreak!

- Living Room - Spacious w/ a very comfy couches, large screen Smart TV w/DirecTV service, Blu-Ray player & streaming capable. Epic ocean views from the wall of windows facing the west!
- Bedroom 1 - Comfy Queen bed w/Ocean Views & sliding doors to deck. Let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep
- Bedroom 2 - Comfy Queen bed. Ocean View -open the windows & listen to the ocean below
- Bathroom - w/shower/tub combo

- 2 Car Max in Driveway / 1 Car Max Gravel parking area - No On Street Parking
- Driveway is slightly inclined - good for 2 cars
- NO Pets
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces only
- Please be conscientious of your water usage
- Our Neighbors are Year-round residents - Please turn off ALL outside lights at night
- Exterior facing camera monitoring ocean conditions mounted in living room corner - camera does not observe any renter areas
