A luxury sea view garden floor apartment within the Kalamar Meltem Apartment residence, a boutique complex of 10 privately owned apartments, consisting of 2 buildings separated by 2 shared large salt water, infinity swimming pools, joined by a waterfall.The apartment has a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large family bathroom, additional WC plus utility room. The apartment has been furnished to the highest standard with a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area & large lounge. The apartment looks out onto a large garden terrace with its own dining area, plus a separate private seating area. There are large shared, communal terraces, landscaped gardens & BBQ area with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas where you can sunbathe, relax & entertain. The pool area facilities include WiFi, fridge, water dispenser, sink, outside shower, changing room & WC. There are roof terraces with kitchenettes, WC's and a seating area for relaxing & enjoying the panoramic views.

Fantastic apartment, very well equipped. Stunning views and garden, pool area. Plenty of outdoor private space to relax. Peaceful location, we often had the pools to ourselves. Good local restaurants and bars, easy to get into old town in the evening by taxi or a walk if you don't mind the steep hills. A real home away from home. Views from roof terrace were spectacular.

Wonderful 2 weeks at this apartment - lots of space for our family of 4, very well maintained, stunning views from roof terrace, pool was fabulous. Highly recommended.

Great location, nice quiet boutique apartment complex

Lovely location, great boutique apartment complex, quiet with two small but nice pools. A short walk to local beach clubs with an option of 3. Short taxi ride to Kalkan town or 20 mins walk. Local supermarket 10 mins uphill walk

Beautiful quiet relaxing apartment with immaculate pool and stunning views

This is a well laid out very spacious apartment with all mod cons. It’s been decorated tastefully to a high standard and is noticeably spotless. There is also a large patio garden for dining or gazing out to sea and a few steps up brings you to the swimming pool. Enjoyed it so much... will be back. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful apartment home fromnhome

The property is exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious with a gorgeous pool and views. Lots of space to shade from the sun. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, which was perfect for a quiet family holiday. The apartment is close to bars and restaurants (be prepared for the hills)! Walking home is easier than going. Taxis are unbelievably cheap, so don’t bother with car hire. We had a lovely holiday and will return again.

Turkish Delight

We have recently returned from our third stay in Papatya and have already booked to visit next year. The apartment forms part of a small very select development situated in a peaceful location overlooking Kalamar Bay. It is within easy reach of Kalkan with it's large selection of restaurants, bars, quality shops and picturesque harbour. We understand that Papatya is primarily the owners holiday home, which is certainly reflected in the quality of the furnishings and décor. For us it has become the perfect holiday location where we spend our time either relaxing on the garden terrace under the canopy of bourgainvillea, cooling off in one of the swimming pools or travelling afield to enjoy all that the region has to offer. Our personal favourite is taking an all day boat trip on board a gulet, where you get the opportunity to see the beautiful coastline, take frequent swims in the warm crystal clear sea, as well as enjoying a bbq lunch cooked by the crew.

Paradise

We had a loveley time at the apartments. They were spacious and very affordable. The pool was just gorgeous and we spent many days looking over the edge of the pool into the lovely ocean thinking how lucky we were! The hosts are fantastic and are more than happy to help out in any way possible. Kalkan is such a gorgeous area and I couldn't recommend these apartments highly enough. If you are planning on staying in Kalkan this is the place to be. It is a lovely walk into the old town yet still far enough away that you have your own privacy. Although we would have been more than happy to make our delicious dinners in the huge kitchen and eat under the stars every night. Thank you for such a memorable stay that we hope to do again some day!
