A very nice place to be. I recommend it!

The property is very good located, very beautiful neighbourhood! The host was very kind and friendly, very polite. The studio is nice and clean only for two people. There is a small but functional kitchen and clean bathroom. It’s very fast to cold it with the air condition.

Nice place to stay. For the price I can't complain. The studio flat have a small, basic kitchen, bathroom with a shower, fairly big bedroom with one large bed, wardrobe, table and drawer cabinet and access to the garden. It is close to old town (approx 15 min walk) and there is a nice park nearby. The area is quiet with few grocery stores around. The host is friendly. Even though I don't speak German or Italian we communicated very well. I can recommend this place. Fair price.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale al pian terreno. L'host e sua figlia sono estremamente cordiali e disponibili e parlano anche italiano. La posizione è vantaggiosa: a piedi si raggiungono la spiaggia Cuvi in 15 minuti e il porto / centro storico in poco più di 20 minuti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il parcheggio riservato all'interno del cortile, il terrazzo coperto con tavolino per mangiare e il condizionatore. Il prezzo per essere agosto è decisamente conveniente. Il piano cottura a induzione sembra essere nuovo ed è molto comodo per cucinare rapidamente.

High-end vacation!

Perfetto monolocale per chi vuole avere un posto a Rovigno semplice e tranquillo. Dal centro dista circa 15 minuti a piedi. Con la padrona dell’ostello ci siamo trovati bene, mai invadente e in caso di necessità sempre pronta ad aiutare.

Die Unterkunft ist kompakt, aber mit allem ausgestattet, dass ich brauchte. Absolutes Highlight war die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf den wunderschönen Garten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Der Stand gut zu Fluss zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt ist ein Stück entfernt, aber dass war für mich absolut okay. Komme gerne wieder.

Herzliche Gastgeberin und tolle Unterkunft

Sehr, sehr freundliche und total liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Wir waren begeistert vom Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber fein. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zudem war sie sehr sauber und mit allen notwendigen Utensilen ausgestattet. Von einem frisch bezogenen Bett, Handtüchern, Toillettenpapier, Spülmittel, ... war alles gegeben. Die Altstadt ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Strand ca 10 Gehminuten. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich auch direkt um die Ecke. Top! Absolut nichts auszusetzen.
