Molinot - Country house with pool in Búger, Mallorca

Peace and tranquillity is what is breathed in this relaxing enclave of the island. Beautiful stone house, recently restored, all on one floor, except for the stairs in its old mill.

Located in the countryside, on a dead-end street, only surrounded by nature. Búger, the town to which it belongs, is just a couple of kilometres away.

The garden and outdoor area is natural, quiet and relaxed, it has a large kidney-shaped pool, surrounded by grass. Everything necessary to fully enjoy the Mallorcan day and night. The house is near a wooded area, for this reason, fire cannot be made. The house has an electric barbecue.



The house, all on one floor, is bright and cool, partly thanks to its beautiful vaulted ceilings.

Life in the house is very comfortable, it consists of a kitchen integrated into the dining room, fully equipped, 3 double bedrooms, two of them with an en-suite bathroom. In addition, in the tower there is a single bed on the ground floor, and a bathroom on the first floor.

There are two air conditioning units, one in the main bedroom and the other in the dining room.



For those who like to know every corner of the destinations they travel to, due to its location it is ideal as a starting point, one could say that it is halfway between any point on the island.

A lovely property with excellent pool, six of us enjoyed our stay. The only downside is that the villa is some distance from Búger and a car is essential for shopping etc,few local restaurants.

We were a family of four and this place was perfect for a quiet week. A car is essential as beaches and supermarkets are a cars ride away. I’d recommend looking for local cafes/beaches/restaurants before you go and then check the opening times on the day (they differ a lot!) The fridge and freezer were large enough (I didn’t see that on previous guests posts so wanted to include it) The pool and house were great and we had an excellent visit to Mallorca!

We stayed at Villasmars place for a week and we enjoyed a lot the house. The pool is huge and the house, despite basic, has everything you need. One room has AC which is a big plus. The location is also very convenient to visit the island. Would recommend 100%

Very nice house

Very nice house and nice location close to the village with a couple of bars and restaurants. Big supermarkets are 10 min by car, beach at 20 min by car and the area is generally quiet and peaceful. We recommend. To be noted that the AC is in one bedroom and the living room only.

What a Villa !

Superb villa. Maria the owner was lovely and very helpful, also loved Diva her dog ! The floor plan provided by the agent online was not accurate, both main bedrooms have their own doors (so better than the plan suggested). An information booklet on bars, supermarkets, best beaches, rubbish disposal would have been helpful and even possibly a small welcome pack for late arrivals. But overall great holiday.

Relaxed 10 days holiday

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well quipped. The walk to the supermarket at the nearby village short and calm (shop is well stocked and has very friendly staff) and there is a nice pub restaurant at the church in Buger to spend an afternoontwo. Birds of prey visited each day. The pool was really big and the main centre of attention for our five year old. We did have more mosquitos than perhaps desirable at night times. It would be useful to have mosquito nets in each room 9the hooks are there - so maybe just let guests know and then they can bring their own net). We took the bites just so we could leave the windows open at night. :)

Schöne Finca, ruhig gelegen.

Toller Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche, völlig ausreichend für 6-7 Personen. Die Verwaltung war bei einem Stromausfall sehr gut erreichbar und hat sofort die richtigen Informationen gegeben. In den Bädern gibt es keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Für die Terrasse wäre eine Beschattung wünschenswert. Es war keine Mappe mit Informationen über die Finca und Umgebung zu finden.

Une villa très spacieuse, à l'architecture typique. Cadre agréable, au calme dans la campagne. Très belle piscine avec transats. Le village de Búger est joli, et de nombreux commerces à 3km. dû à son architecture, l'intérieur est un peu sombre et nous a semblé un peu humide, sûrement des atouts en plein été avec la chaleur.(Mais nous avons eu de grandes quantités de pluie pendant notre séjour, cela explique peut être). Enfin, parfait pour tout visiter car le logement est à distance raisonnable de tout!

Belle maison, typique et pleine de charme. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Majorque, idéalement située, nous avons pu nous rendre facilement aux endroits que nous souhaitions visiter. Une éponge pour la vaisselle, quelques sacs poubelles et quelques condiments supplémentaires n’auraient pas été de refus. Nous avons dû acheter plusieurs de ces petites choses, qui profiteront aux prochains vacanciers.

Ein wundervolles Haus für all diejenigen, die gern etwas Ruhe genießen möchten. Es ist etwas abgelegen, aber der Pool ist einfach wunderschön. Man sollte eventuell, als einzigen Kritikpunkt, erwähnen, dass sich neben einer Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, nur in EINEM Schlafzimmer eine weitere befindet. Alle anderen Schlafzimmer sind jedoch mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet.

Sehr schöne Finca in ruhiger, zentraler Lage von Mallorca.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige aber doch zentrale Lage. Der Pool hatte ständig Besuch und den Sonnenaufgang vom alten Mühlturm zu sehen war klasse.
