Beautiful country house with swimming pool in rural area, very close to the town and the beautiful beaches of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro.The Finca, about 7000 m2, is in a very quiet rural area. The garden and the outdoor area have abundant vegetation and trees, giving it a pleasant and shady environment, ideal for children to enjoy playing in full contact with nature.The swimming pool is just in front of the house, it´s spacious and very comfortable, surrounded by a terrace with its sun loungers and the porch.Inside, the house is comfortable and functional. Downstairs, there is the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need, a small living room . and one bedroom with air condition and a bathroom. Upstairs, there's the master bedroom with air conditioning and a king size bed. Next to it a living room with comfortable sofas. Both rooms have beautiful views of the mountains and the countryside.There is a small annex attached to the house with a separate entrance through a door located on the same porch in front of the pool. There you will find a small bathroom with a shower.As points to highlight, the rural and quiet area where it is located, but in turn, the proximity to the town (about 5 - 7 minutes by car). A rental car is necessary and recommended.Extra charges, NOT included in price:- - Air conditioning consumption at 0.30 €/kwh- - Tourist tax; High season (from May to October, both included) 2,20 €/adults/night during the first 8 nights.
