Villa completely renovated in 2017, 5 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms, which can accommodate 11 to 13 people. Fully air conditioned.

Separate TV lounge convertible into a 140 cm sofa bed for 2 people.

Sea view, infinity pool 9m / 4, heated to 28 degrees in season.

Sunny terraces with shower and barbecue.

4 separate WCs, 1 outside, near the swimming pool.

Cleaning and sheets provided included in the price.

In the basement, direct access to 3 bedrooms on the pool terrace.

Parking for 3 cars.

Located in Les Issambres, 2 km from the sea and shops, 3 km from the port of Ferreol, at the foot of the Petites Maures massif for magnificent walks.

Calm and peaceful neighborhood. Parties not allowed.

From September 30 to April 1, a short-term reservation (minimum 3 nights) is possible but supplement for cleaning and supply of sheets of 250 euros compulsory.

Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand, nur die Matratzen waren mir persönlich zu weich. Ansonsten haben es nichts was wir vermisst hätten. Bis zum Ort sind es 5 km, so das man schon aufs Auto oder Fahrrad angewiesen ist.

Décompression et amusements en famille

Une semaine de détente, piscine, barbecue sur place, table de pingpong, rien à emmener (vaisselles, draps, literie...) Seul point noir, terrain au bas de la piscine en cascade (pente) dangereux d'accès pour les petits et aussi les grands si on est pas vigilants et il manque un espace pour jouer à la pétanque et un WIFI pas très bon à l'extérieur. Sinon c'est parfait pour se reposer.

Maison idéale entre amis

Maison très bien située et bien équipée. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances entre amis. La clim dans toute la maison est un gros plus dans cette région. Les chambres sont bien distribués avec un acces à la piscine directement. Tres pratique!

Très belle villa dans un cadre exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 3 familles dans cette villa très fonctionnelle. La partie nuit est très bien pensée avec des espaces distincts, la cuisine et le salon sont bien agencés et la piscine à débordement magnifique. Quelques plaintes du voisinage pas du tout justifiées mais qui n'ont pas gâché notre séjour. Merci à notre hôte pour sa réactivité.

Schöner Urlaub in Frankreich

Schönes, großzügiges, super eingerichtetes Haus in sehr schöner Lage mit Blick aufs Wasser. Toller Urlaub. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern (16, 16 und 6 Jahren) dort und haben es sehr genossen. Würden jeder Zeit wieder Urlaub dort verbringen.

Très belle villa proche de St-Tropez !

Superbes vacances en famille passées dans cette villa ! La vue est irrésistible, surtout avec la piscine à débordement, très bien entretenue, qui l'agrémente. Le quartier est calme et à proximité de toutes les facilités (plages, magasins, restaurants...). De plus, la maison est propre, facile à vivre et spacieuse pour 3 familles, je ne peux que recommander cette expérience à d'autres vacanciers dans la région !

Splendide et vaste villa récemment rénovée, tout confort, au calme,bénéficiant d'une vue imprenable sur la mer. Magnifique terrasse en bois au bord d'une grande piscine à débordement avec vue sur la grande bleue: le top. Dommage qu'on n'ait pu y plonger en décembre. Superbe living très convivial. Grandes chambres confortables. Magnifiques balades à pied dans l'arrière pays au départ de la villa. Idealement située à 10 min de Fréjus et 15 min de Sainte-maxime. La Côte d'Azur dans ce qu'il y de plus sympa et cosy. Nous avons passé un merveilleux et lumineux séjour.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum und sowohl der Pool als auch die Raumaufteilung sind für zwei Familien ideal. Allerdings könnten trotzdem Kleinigkeiten besser in Schuss gehalten werden, wie das wackelige Geländer und die Aussenmöbel. Darüber hinaus wäre ein Sonnenschutz der dem Wind stand hält und eine Grundausstattung in der Küche ( Gewürze etc) schon angenehm. Schade dass man mit den Eigentümern keinen Kontakt hatte.

Cheap house! Cheaper than IKEA..

This house is definitely not luxurious! As a tradition we rent a big house every year in South of France with the family and this house is one of the cheapest deliveries, but most expensive cashwise, we have experienced. The house is as you can see on the pictures newly renovated but equipped to a bare minimum. Furnitures are already falling apart. The kitchen equipment are so cheap that you barely can use it. Worse than IKEA. Trying to cook for 12 people with one spatula, one knife and one cutting board are challenging. The most hilarious was that the cleaners have left 1 dishwashing tablet, 1 garbage bag, 1 ml of washing-up liquid and 1ml of soap. No salt, pepper, oil, water or wine in the fridge which otherwise is common. The house have 4 toilets no one had soap or any place to hang the towels. Neither in the showers. The towels and linens where of really cheap quality and worn out. Pool towels where not included. When we arrived the pool was dirty and wasn't fixed until 2 days later. We got sticks in the feet from the outdoor areas and it was not safe for small kids. But as you can see the view is amazing!

Très agréable séjour dans cette superbe villa très bien équipée. Trois chambres donnent directement sur la grande terrasse et la piscine à débordement avec une belle vue mer. Au calme, proche de Ste Maxime, St Raphaël et St Tropez. De nombreuses possibilités d'activités à proximité. Je la recommande vivement...
