This awesome 3 bedroom home, is tastefully furnished. The spacious open area connecting the kitchen, dining and the living area creates a fun gathering space. The kitchen is fully furnished including some basic cooking supplies. The beautifully furnished master suite includes a King bed, large TV, walk-in closet, large master bath including garden tub, double sinks, and shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and bedroom #3 has two twin-size beds. The home comfortably sleeps 6.

A wonderful place to come home to after an adventurous day, hiking, biking, golfing or sight-seeing.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. After long days of hiking, we especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, offering a great place to unwind. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and if we return to the area, we would gladly stay here again.

Cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in

Very clean and comfortable home. Great access to a lot of things in the area. Wi-Fi and the YouTube TV were great.

Wonderful family visit to southern Utah

Our family of 3 stayed for 3 nights to visit the area parks and the two national parks. The home was relaxing for us and gave a great respite from motels and lodges. Everything in the home was above our expectations. The communication with the host was superb. We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend this property.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed here as we hiked Zion National Park. It was a short but easy drive to Zion. The home was clean and ready for our stay. There was a minor issue when we arrived, but it was immediately resolved!! There is a great grocery store close by. I recommend staying here!!

Close to Zion

Great, relaxing home after two busy days in Zion. As a family of four, we had plenty of space and everything needed to rest and re-charge. The home was super clean, taken care of, and simply as advertised.

Best place we stayed while on our trip

This house was very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast there for a couple of days. There was a cute little grocery store less than a mile away. Our family of 5 was able to watch a movie and all have a place to sit. It was a great place to relax after spending the day at Zion. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic home away from hone

Clean, welcoming, well stocked with essentials. Esp appreciated coffee, coffee filters in the kitchen and sensitive skim liquid soap in the showers., laundry detergent, and notebook of area attractions and restaurants. I didn’t want to leave!

Great location

This is a nice house, need little improvements such as the queen bed in second bedroom is squeaky to the point you can’t sleep, the shower in master bathroom is not stable and keeps falling low so needs to be handheld. Otherwise the stay was nice and comfortable.

A great place for both Zion and Bryce parks!

Our stay could not have been better! The house was perfectly outfitted and ready for our stay. The park across the street was a nice and unexpected bonus. Davis' Market was a convenient stop for food right around a couple of corners. And when one of my friends inadvertently left something behind, the owner quickly texted and offered to mail it out to us! Great service above expectations!

Convenient location

Very clean and roomy. House located in back of neighborhood which is nicer than the front of the neighborhood - and located directly across from a cute park. Easy drive to Zion, Kolob canyon, and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. The info provided by owner was helpful regarding the proximity of the north rim. (Didn't realize it was a doable day trip until reading the provided info). Owner clearly very organized and professional. We took a day trip to the north rim and enjoyed the rustic and peaceful side of the canyon. Totally different vibe than Zion and worth the drive if you want to see nature without big crowds. There is not lot of dining in La Verkin but Hurricane a short drive with lots of restaurants and a Walmart. Great stay and enjoyed our trip. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if in the area..

Perfect location for a Zion getaway

House was as advertised, maybe slightly 'newer' feel than expected. Very clean. BBQ was awesome and heats up to 500 degrees within 5 min. Grocery store is a few stop signs away. Drive to Zion ~30min. Perfect location.

Just out of college, we moved to southern Utah over forty years ago. We raised our three daughters here and enjoyed the beauty and adventures of the area. We are now enjoying the same activities with our grandchildren. Regardless of time of year, there is so much to enjoy. We feel lucky to live in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
