Cozy and sunny atmosphere. Interesting mix between travelers and residents. Leisure and shopping area, many restaurants, many shops and shopping centers in the area. Well connected by bus to Valencia and Alboraya, with metro stop in Alboraya that goes directly to the airport. To enjoy the beach and the sun of Valencia.

Location is fantastic. Unit is easily locatable and easily accessible to/from Valencia. Management company is quick to respond and helpful. Interior of unit is very usable and patios are relaxing. Unfortunately, some of the items in the interior need some attention, like the bath in the ensuite: where caulking causes leaking and drainage is slow, and a kitchen door needing to be reinstalled; which cost an afternoon of waiting for repair. Unit is accessible to a large grocery store, but the smaller shops in the complex offer a great selection of items.

Property really tired and poorly set up for the number of people it was listed For 10 people only 8 chairs at the dining table, two small settees, beds were extremly poor, kitchen facilities cupboard doors hanging off when you opened them, a complete mixture of plates, mugs, glasses not sufficient for number of people, we were only 9 All in all good location, really poor facilities within the accommadation and would not recommend it for the price and number of people

Very very good

I can advise this accomodation to everyone. Very clean, very spacious, 4 toilets, 3 bathrooms. Nice terrace with beautiful view at harbour port saplaya. Not expensive.

Una casa muy bonita

Pasamos un fin de semana estupendo en Valencia. La casa es amplia, tiene muchas habitaciones y ,algo que también tiene mucha importancia, tres cuartos de baño. Está localizada en una urbanización preciosa, donde puedes disfrutar de las vistas por la mañana.

Excellent play to stay in terms of location, amenities and welcoming owners

Oxana and Ximo were amazingly helpful - especially as we arrived in the middle of a taxi strike. The house is really well positioned and had everything needed for a super holiday. We all agreed it was our best holiday ever. We will be back.
