In 10 minutes of MONTPELLIER, big home of 260m2 entirely of even foot in the middle of a splendid park of 6000m2 in a preserved residential environment. You will spend a real relaxing holiday in this magical place. The house offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A bathroom with bath and shower, a room of water and a room of bath. The parents room has a double bed of 180x200, the second bedroom has a double bed of 160x200, the third bedroom has a double bed of 140x200 and the fourth bedroom has a double bed of 140x200.
A single bed of 90x200 is installed in the second living room.
A huge trampoline is installed in the garden. A swimming pool of 5x10. A WEBER gas grill for grilling.
All shops nearby are 5 minutes away bakery, pharmacy, bank, butcher, tobacco press .....
The beaches are 30 minutes away.
Bed linen is provided as well as towels.

Au calme, dans une belle demeure entourée d’un parc magnifique

Une magnifique villa dans un parc de toute beauté. Une belle configuration et organisation de la maison, du jardin et de la piscine qui offre des endroits différents et parfaitement adaptés à chaque moment de la journée. Nous avons également particulièrement apprécié le calme de la propriété. La villa est spacieuse et offre tout le confort nécessaire à des vacances réussies. Les propriétaires Charlotte et Patrick nous ont réservé un accueil particulièrement chaleureux et ont su apporter un véritable « PLUS » à notre séjour. Un très grand merci à eux.

Ein schönes, grosses Haus in einem wunderbaren Garten, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Schwiimmen im Pool im Schatten der Bäume. Absolute Ruhe und nur 15 min mit dem Auto in die Altstadt. Das Haus sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, aber dennoch muss man mit kleinen Kindern nicht immer Angst haben, das etwas kaputt geht. Und zu lezzt noch sehr positiv zu erwähnen die sehr charmanten und freundlichen Gastgeber Charlotte und Patrick - merci pour tous! Hendrik
