Appartamento vista mare alla Fenice Seaside Termoli
Abbiamo soggiornato dal 29 Luglio 2017 al 05 Agosto 2017 e ci siamo trovati bene come appartamento , come vicinanza al mare e disponibilità del sig. Giulio . Unici appunti a parere nostro, la mancanza dell'aria condizionata ( mitigata dalla presenza dl ventilatore), la vicinanza alla ferrovia ( per una camera matrimoniale) ed il condominio che non si presentava in buone condizioni ma questo non è certo una mancanza del proprietario

Gent.ma Sig.ra Cristina grazie per la positiva recensione, facciamo del nostro meglio per offrire sempre l'appartamento in ordine, pulito e con tutti i comfort. L'aria condizionata non è una priorità perché l'appartamento è fresco e ben arieggiato grazie alla brezza marina che soffia costantemente, appena avremo la possibilità, faremo installare delle pale al soffitto per rinfrescarsi d'estate, nelle giornate più afose.
La vicinanza alla ferrovia non crea alcun fastidio perché più alto rispetto all'appartamento e quindi si sente solo in lontananza il passaggio dei treni.
Il condominio è in fase di sistemazione con il cambio dell'amministratore e siamo fiduciosi che, a breve, tutto sarà in ordine e funzionante.
Spero di riaverla come nostro ospite.
