House 3 Bedrooms Soltróia Mar

This house is located on the Troia Peninsula, famous for its wild coastline and beautiful nature. Around you can find several hiking trails for biking and exploring the area, as well as enjoy a stroll along the river Sado and see the dolphins. In the evening, you can enjoy the magnificent Alentejo gastronomy or look for entertainment in the marina and participate in the various activities of the Troia Casino.

The house has three bedrooms, one with double bed (suite) and two with two single beds (sleeps 6). A spacious living room with dining area and full kitchen. It has a nice outdoor area where you can dine and enjoy the pool of the condominium. For the winter, it has a fireplace, with recuperator of heat for the bedroom suite. It is a 10-minute walk from the Atlantic beach.

SERVICES: Fully furnished house, with supply of towels + bed sheets and general cleaning at the end of the week.

Neste período, o sossego é excelente. Excelente local para descansar! A casa tem todas as necessidades e a piscina ajuda muito nos dias de preguiça ou ao fim de um dia de praia.

Aluguei esta moradia para férias familiares, com filhos entre os 19 e 24 anos,uma agradável surpresa. Tranquilidade, perto da praia, 10 minutos a pé. A casa tem uma decoração clean com apontamentos vintage, bem equipada, alpendre delicioso com a sombra das buganvílias, perfeito para os pequenos almoços e para relaxar ao final da tarde. O condomínio onde se insere esta casa, tem piscina com relvado o que também é agradável para os mais novos. Os proprietários são extremamente atenciosos. Recomendo!! Helena de Abreu Carvalho
