Brand new apartment, stylistically refined, 8 meters from the beach, with a small outdoor veranda, perfect for a week at the beach, 2 adults + 2 children, overlooking the pedestrianized street, with a splendid park 30 meters away.

Brand new apartment, quite large (43 and very nice, with brand new furnitures, styled by my wife (who's an architect), 8 meters away from the beach, cute patio with table outside and a wonderful view, perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids, facing a pedestrian only alley, with a beautiful park just 30 meters away.
Located in the city center, you are only 100 meters away from everything you might need: 3 restaurants, 2 cafès, the market, bakery and so on.
Your car parking is 10 meters from your door, but you better forget about the car when there, both because it's useless and because the city center is almost entirely pedestrian only.
