The property has central heating and the ground floor has underfloor heating. Ground floor has a well-equipped open plan kitchen/dining area then leading to a shower room, basin and W.C. Upstairs, the first floor has a double bedroom plus a cosy comfortable sitting room with an electric fire. Welcome pack includes bread jam tea coffee milk, sugar and sweeteners (No butter as we leave that to guest personal preference) Dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid are also available. Outside the property is a lovely lawned garden with patio which gets the sun most of the day in good weather. The Herb garden is an ideal holiday for couples. Off road parking for one car.
