Located on the first floor of an ancient building, in the ancient nucleus of Giovinazzo, overlooking the natural harbor, a few steps from the central square and the Romanesque Cathedral, the accommodation offers hospitality and tranquility. Very nice, modern apartment with amazing view of the harbor, great location

It's a family apartment but I wouldn't characterize it as a 2 bedroom. It really is one bedroom with a see through loft ( not for small children). Also, even though you get a nice breeze at night I would recommend adding AC especially in the bedroom area or at least adding screens to the windows to avoid mosquitos.

Mi fa piacere che siate stati bene, la scelta del soppalco in vetro è stata fatta per non limitare la luminosità nella parte sottostante, per l'aria condizionata, nelle strutture in pietra non è sempre necessaria, anzi, e comunque ci faremo un pensierino. Per le zanzariere, ne aspettiamo la consegna. Grazie

The sea nearby was nice, very walkable area! The host was not very pleasant! We arrived to no air conditioning, one of the reasons I chose this place. She apparently said there was a fan instead which we didn't understand. It was extremely hot, very noisy, and the smoke from people on the sidewalk made it unbearable. My brother tried to stay but all those things were too much. The host refused to refund any money even though he only stayed two or three of the ten he planned to be there. He checked out and got a different place with air conditioning right arpund the corner. Would never stay there again due to those reasons and hostess being very unpleasant.

Mi dispiace aver letto questa recensione, anche perché ci sono delle inesattezze. Innanzitutto il soggiorno era di 8 notti e non 10, al check in avevo spiegato che l'aria condizionata aveva smesso di funzionare la settimana di ferragosto ed era in assistenza, c'era un ventilatore a colonna con 8 velocità e telecomando che abbiamo acceso subito e spiegato i banalissimi comandi, mi hanno fatto tanti complimenti quella mattina, la casa è in una strada pedonale animata un po solo la sera e non penso facessero così tanto rumore, ho risposto tramite messaggio ad ogni richiesta e mio marito gli ha anche fatto andare la basica lavatrice. Per il rimborso ho fatto tutti i passaggi del caso: acconsentito al rimborso con il team di supporto, ho anche sollecitato, ma se il portale non lo ha fatto non è un mio disservizio. Sono sempre stata gentile e presente, sia io che mio marito.

Joli petit appartement, très propre, bien situé près du port dans la vieille ville. Toutefois, le logement est plus petit qu’annoncé, 1 seule chambre au lieu de 2 (dont 2 lits en mezzanine vitrée peu accessible). La photo de la fenêtre sur le port est trompeuse (les fenêtres sont trop hautes, pas de vue). Le garage, très pratique, est facturé 10 par jour en supplément, alors que ce n’est pas précisé sur le site, ni indiqué à l’arrivée dans les lieux, la propriétaire le demande seulement lors du départ.

Très joli appartement dans le vieux centre.

L'appartement est joli et très propre. Très bien situé en face du port entre la cathédrale et la Place centrale. La propriétaire est charmante et de bon conseil.
