We hope you enjoy an exceptional stay with us in quaint Mission Hills.
This is the perfect location to explore all that San Diego has to offer.
We offer elite comfort for up to 4 guests with A/C and heating, exceptionally comfortable beds, quality linens, plenty of sheets and towels, Smart TV; FREE laundry, FREE coffee, FREE bottled waters, and snacks upon arrival. Guest toiletries, hair dryer, Makeup mirror and spa robes also provided. This beautiful rental has everything you need for a memorable stay in San Diego !

The Space:
This 1 bedroom apartment is quite large, boasting 1000 square feet of living space. The upscale, 1/4 acre gated property has extensive landscaping with many retreat spaces to drink your coffee, take in the views and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Guest have access to the private, stainless steel hot tub spa that is located on the upper patio; with amazing views of the San Diego Harbor. Guests also enjoy the gas firepit area located on the lower level of the property; just steps from the apartment entrance. A Viking gas grill is available for grilling should guests wish to barbeque during their stay.

The living room / bedroom space has a queen size bed and an additional daybed that can be used as two twin beds or made into a king bed. Plenty of high quality pillows and linens are provided for your stay. The kitchen has all baking and cooking essentials; a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, traditional drip coffee maker, full size refrigerator / freezer, blender, kitchen aid mixer and all the essential kitchenware you could need: plates, bowls, glassware, utensils and so much more. FREE coffee and tea, bottled water, creamer, and snacks are provided as well.

Exercise equipment, ping pong table, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrellas, all provided for your stay.

Parking:
We offer FREE parking right next to your entrance and there is FREE additional street parking in our neighborhood as well. A remote control to access the gated driveway is provided for use during your stay.

What a terrific find! Everything posted was actually at this beautiful home. We stayed for 6 nights and hope to return sometime in the future. Tiffany and Bill thought of everything. The views are outstanding, especially at night with the sunset and the colorful runway. We loved the backyard terrace with ideal relaxation seating. The location is great too. Close to all the attractions with a quick Uber ride. I must note, the Linens/towels match any 5 Star hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience in a fun city!

We had a wonderful stay!! Bill and Tiffany were great hosts that provided us with many memorable experiences! We really enjoyed staying in a historic home built in the early 1900's that was impeccably decorated in all respects.The location was ideal: we walked to Balboa Park, Little Italy, Gaslight area, downtown, and the waterfront park. Close proximity to San Diego Zoo and Safari Park. Hiked up in Torrey Pines Reserve, lunch in Del Mar, and explored La Jolla. Our last adventure was east to Anza Borrego State Park where we did a 5 mile loop trail that took us through a slot canyon! Every day we would return to a gated posh residence with stunning views and mature professionally landscaped grounds. Our living space was clean and nicely appointed with period antiques! Thanks Bill and Tiffany! We would love to return and see more of San Diego!!

I have stayed at Mennie Vrbo's and this was by far the best of all of them. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided anything that I asked for. The property is gorgeous and so are the views. There is plenty of room inside. There is plenty of space for parking and everything was so close by. And there was not a lot of traffic wherever I went, which really surprised me. I hope I can go back to San Diego soon and if I do, I will definitely try to stay at this property.

We loved our stay here! Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The house rules are clearly written out and they offer a wealth of amenities. They have a BBQ, fire pits, hot tub, garage gym, beach equipment, and a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. View of the airport was nice to watch the planes land and take off. City noise was not noticeable from the bedroom! Would love to stay again.
