1st line studio "Bellevue between Golf & Ponant"

The studio is located on the front line in du Ponant, with an exceptional view without vis-à-vis which you will enjoy installed on the terrace. The Ponant lake was dug during the creation of La Grande-Motte. With its 280 hectares, it is linked to the Mediterranean by the Abîmes pass. This site shelters port Grégau a small marina appreciated by the amateurs of water ski and. Wake. This studio is perfect for couples, solo travelers and business travelers or conventioneers or even golfers, you will appreciate the magnificent location, the neighborhood and the atmosphere especially in summer, but also the very quiet area, trees and flowers with beautiful walks. Shops, bakery and grocery store but also restaurants are within 30 meters (April to October). The seagulls shopping center is 500 meters away with pharmacy, mini-market, tobacco shop, hairdresser ... Parking is not private but there are many at the bottom of the residence, there is no reservation they are to be taken as soon as they are available Leisure and activities are to be discovered nearby such as the aquatic center, the " Espace Grand Bleu ”, Thalassotherapy, tree climbing adventure park, rowing, tennis courts, golf course, aquarium, casino ... Golf is nearby, and on the water you can do water skiing and wake, there is a kitesurf center just below the building.
The studio is positioned on the 3rd floor which allows a very nice view but watch out for disabled people or people with walking difficulties, as for the vast majority of waterfront buildings there is no elevator.
The studio is well equipped with a washing machine, a nespresso coffee machine, a hair dryer, a parasol, a beach chair, a fan, a large 140 cm bed with 2 60x60 pillows and 2 cushions. The linen (sheets and towels) is not included in case of need they will be charged 30 €.
You will have at your disposal Nespresso-type capsules, ground coffee, salt sugar, pepper, aromatic oil, shampoo, shower bath, paper towel, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry ...

Nous y avons séjourné le temps d’un week end tout était parfait ! Petit plus pour les boissons mises à disposition au frais pour l’arrivée sous le soleil du sud. Petit bémol sur le goutte à goutte de la terrasse assez persistant. Gilberte est une hote vraiment très sympathique 🙂

Paradise in the south of France.

This was our second vacation to La Grande-Motte, staying in this wonderful apartment again and we are so pleased we returned for another two weeks. Quite simply the apartment and the host, Gilberte, are first class in all respects. The studio apartment was very clean and tidy upon arrival and makes one immediately feel relaxed upon entering. The view from the balcony is superb, over looking the large lake, trees and a view of the area around the outside of the apartment. La Grande-Motte is as close to paradise in our opinion, the whole area is designed with people in mind. It is possible to walk from the apartment into the town centre using the various public footpaths, never requiring you to cross a busy road, culminating in beautiful beaches, warm sea and friendly atmosphere. We recommend visiting Pizza Du Golf, Le Bangkok, and KNH for excellent meals out plus shopping at Proxy supermarket and the fresh bakery just outside the apartments. Excellent service and such genuinely, lovely people too. Overall, we do not have a bad word to say about any part of our stay and highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit this wonderful part of France. C’était notre deuxième séjour à La Grande-Motte. Nous sommes restés dans ce magnifique appartement et nous sommes ravis d’être revenus deux semaines de plus. Tout simplement, l’appartement et l’hôte, Gilberte, sont de premier ordre à tous égards. Le studio était très propre et bien rangé à l'arrivée et fait que l'on se sent immédiatement détendu en entrant. La vue depuis le balcon est superbe et donne sur le grand lac, les arbres et une vue sur les environs de l’appartement. La Grande-Motte est aussi proche du paradis à notre avis, toute la région est conçue pour les gens. Il est possible de se rendre de l'appartement au centre-ville en empruntant les différents sentiers publics, sans jamais devoir traverser une route très fréquentée, avec pour points culminants des plages magnifiques, une mer chaude et une atmosphère amicale. Nous vous recommandons de visiter les restaurants Pizza Du Golf, Le Bangkok et KNH pour d'excellents repas ainsi que pour faire les magasins au supermarché Proxy et à la boulangerie fraîche juste à l'extérieur des appartements. Excellent service et vraiment, des gens adorables aussi. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter cette magnifique région de la France.

Quick Overview: From the first initial contact with the property owner, Gilberte, all of our enquiries were answered quickly and clearly with every question answered with complete satisfaction. The property is exactly as advertised, the location is perfect and local amenities second to none. Property Details: La Grande-Motte is a wonderful location to visit with great beaches, restaurants and local activities. The studio apartment is located on the third floor offering a gorgeous view of the beautiful salt water lake. There are numerous private, small motor boats moored nearby with wind-surfing and kayaking in the distance. With typical, good French style, the apartment block is well maintained and kept very clean in the communal areas. The apartment was exactly as listed with everything available as noted by the owner in the advertisement. The balcony offers a super place to sit and eat, while enjoying the sight of flamingos flying past on regular occasions. The accommodation was very clean, well presented and a joy to call home for two weeks. There is an excellent mini-supermarket just outside the entrance which we cannot rate highly enough, as the owner is so incredibly helpful. As a blind person, this enabled me to go shopping for groceries safe in the knowledge that I would return with everything I required. You will also find a selection of restaurants close by too, yet they never were noisy in the evenings as the French culture is one of respect for everyone. The Property Owner: Gilberte is a lovely lady, going above and beyond our expectations. Clear communications made the whole process a breeze from start to finish. Nothing was left to chance as Gilberte even supplies a folder full of information about the local area and places further a field too. Five stars out of five for Gilberte. We will most certainly recommend the property to all, in fact we are already planning our return visit as we enjoyed the whole experience immensely. Therefore we award Gilberte, her apartment, the local activities and the area of La Grande-Motte and the surrounding towns and beaches 5 out of 5.
