Located in the Port Jonathan II complex in Le Couchant, near the beaches (200 metres), this charming one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor features a terrace.

You’ll enter directly into the living room with its sofa bed (140 cm), TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, combination microwave (which also functions as an oven), dishwasher, hob, and a refrigerator with freezer.
Next is a space with a 90cm bunk bed and a windowless bedroom with a BZ sofa (140cm).
Finally, a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet.


Swimming pool hours for the residence: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Just a few minutes from Plage du Couchant and local shops. The town centre and the harbour are a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away.

Personal linens are not provided (sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.).

Guests must clean the rental unit before departure; it must be returned in a clean condition. Any failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Appartement très bien aménagé et agréable seul bémol jamais de place sur le parking soit disant privatif !!!

Je vous remercie pour votre retour positif, concernant le stationnement, il s'agit bien d'un parking privé de la résidence et comme cela est précisé dans l'annonce, c'est un parking collectif et non privatif, il y a très souvent des places libres mais sur la semaine du 15 août et en fonction des horaires d'arrivées il se peut que certaines fois il soit complet car la résidence est effectivement dans un endroit des plus prisés à la grande motte. Mais encore merci pour votre séjour passé. Au plaisir..Mélanie
