The private, wrap-around beachfront balcony lets you enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim, and the boats coming through Perdido Pass into the Gulf. From the Gulf front living room and kitchen, you can hear the relaxing sounds of the surf. Phoenix East welcomes you with a spacious lobby and gathering area. FREE WI-FI in our condo and throughout the complex lets you stay in touch whether lounging by the pools or using the on-site meeting rooms for your business needs, wedding or family reunion.

The pools were completely renovated in Spring of 2016. The entire area around the pools have "cool-crete" that won't get hot in the summer.

Please note there is paid parking on site. $55/vehicle for the entire stay. During peak months, we are limited to only 2 spots per booking.
