Apartment located in a luxurious complex, with 2 bedrooms and with capacity to accommodate 6 people.
A spacious and open living / dining room that has a large window opening onto a terrace overlooking the golf course and extensive pine forest.

It is strategically located near the cosmopolitan city of Lisbon, in a quiet area right in the Natural Park. Within the hotel, guests have access to two 18-hole golf courses (Aroeira I and II), four tennis courts, beauty center, massage and fitness center, tropical swimming pool (with extra charge), children's playground, Shopping area with supermarket, ATM, laundry, packed lunches, bars, cafes and restaurants.
Aroeira is surrounded by a 30 km stretch of the best and beautiful beaches of Portugal, are famous beaches near the village of Costa da Caparica, ideal for water sports: surfing, kite surfing, diving ... Less than 2 km from the apartment there are beach clubs and restaurants specializing in fish, rice dishes and typical Portuguese food with great views of the Atlantic Ocean.
About 3 km from the resort, there is a great variety of beach bars that at night turn into clubs or bars with live music.

google maps was not kind to us so it took a bit to find at first. Once found it was easy to get back each day. Found it to be quaint but OK. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Wifi was good. Some noisy neighbors, dag barking a bit. Overall would stay again.

Amazing Apartment in Exclusive Localization

Excellent apartment. New, clear with modern facilities. Great decoration and quality of materials. Two good sleeping rooms, confortable beds, good bad cloths and towels. Two news and good bathrooms. Absolute silence. Perfect for relaxing and rest. Beautyful view to the golf field from the nice and confortable living room + balcon/varanda. Full kitchen with washing machines and dishwasher. Express Coffee Machine. Great Harman Cardon bluetooth sound box, net flix and excellent WiFi Internet. The owners Nacho and Wife were great and attentive. Comercial Center of the Condominium near the apartment with small supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and bar to drink something. Aldi and Lidll supermarkets close but by car. It is necessary to have a car to visit other places. There is no transport with frequency nearby. The apartment is located in the Aroeira district, 30 km from the center of Lisbon. On average the driving time to and from Lisbon was 30 minutes. GPS is recommended. The apartment is confortable for 2 couples or for a family of 4 people. We will definitely return. Die Wohnung sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern und ist insgesamt empfehlenswert. Sie ist aber auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was v.a. an den Ecken in den Bädern deutlich wird. Zu den Bädern gibt es nicht abschließbare Schiebetüren was für uns als Familie in Ordnung war. Die Tür zu einem der Bäder lässt sich allerdings nur sehr schwer zuschieben.Die Ausstattung der Küche ist in Ordnung.Wir hatten das Pech, dass die Waschmaschine sowie der Pool auf der Anlage (hohe Extrakosten mit ca. 20/Tag) nicht genutzt werden konnten.Preis-Leistung sind aber alsout in Ordnung.

Voyage à Lisbonne

Le logement près de la mer et avec vue sur le golf est fidèle à l’annonce. Son emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à Lisbonne en ferry depuis porto Brandão. L’appartement est très agréable et la plage de fonte da thela également. Je recommande vivement ce logement de vacances

Mauvaise 1ere expérience abritel

Pour commencer, annonce mensongère qui indique une piscine privée alors qu'il n'y en a même pas une partagée. Ensuite, d'apparence accueillant, on découvre rapidement un appartement mal entretenu, des fenêtres qui ne s'ouvrent pas, du ménage bâclé et une cafetière largement en fin de vie , voilà pour le plus gros des défauts constatés sans compter le fait que l'hôte persiste en indiquant que la piscine n'est pas incluse dans le prix alors que l'annonce indique bien le contraire

Cher hôte, Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous tenons à préciser que l’annonce que vous avez réservée a été publiée sur internet par Abritel, un site associé à HomeAway. Nos annonces officielles se trouvent sur notre propre site, ainsi que sur VRBO, Airbnb et Rentalia. Il est possible qu’Abritel et HomeAway aient commis une erreur en transcrivant les informations de l’annonce, et nous leur avons déjà signalé ce problème pour qu’ils le corrigent. Concernant la piscine, nous informons clairement que le condominium dispose d’une piscine de type tropical, gérée de manière privée. Comme je vous l’ai indiqué, cette piscine se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture de la propriété. En tant que propriétaire et membre actif de l’association des voisins, j’offre une réduction de 50% pour y accéder, une option que je vous ai proposée et que vous avez décidé de ne pas utiliser. La propriété a été entièrement rénovée il y a 6 ans, et l’année dernière, nous avons réalisé des améliorations supplémentaires, y compris le remplacement du sol par du carrelage en porcelaine et la peinture des murs et des plafonds. Les tâches d'entretien et de nettoyage sont continues. En raison de l’utilisation intensive de la propriété, il est vrai que certains voyageurs ne prennent pas soin des installations, ce qui nous oblige à faire un effort supplémentaire pour tout maintenir en ordre. wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und besticht schon durch ihre tolle Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Golf spielen und relaxen am Strand mit Fisch essen ist innerhalb weniger Autominuten möglich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und Jaoa kümmerte sich schnell und sehr nett um uns. Vielen Dank!
