THE APARTMENT:
The Vila Maria 10 Apartment by HOST-POINT, is a typical Portuguese one-story house with more than 100 years, but adapted to the present day. The house has 2 bedrooms with super king size double bed (180x200) and 1 extra single bed in each of the bedrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV, 1 full bathroom with shower and window and kitchen equipped with coffee machine. The space is prepared for a relaxed stay privileging the proximity to the beaches and the city center.

THE ACCESS OF THE GUESTS:
The apartment is completely private in its interior facilities from which the guest will have his / her access key.
The apartment is ground floor with only 2 steps of access to the house. It is difficult to use a wheelchair, but it is easy to use for people with reduced mobility.
In the pleasant courtyard you can enjoy al fresco dining, as well as the lounge area with salamander for the winter days, the sunny garden, the pool, the pergola and the communal dining table are available for the use of all guests Vila Maria.

INTERACTION WITH THE GUESTS:
We will welcome you personally, introduce you to the house, the nearest points of interest and some local suggestions. We will always be around and available to solve questions and live whenever work permits.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Costa de Caparica is a small fishing town known for its more than 20 kilometers of golden sand beaches (among which the naturists Belavista, 19 and Meco), Xávega art practice, its summer shows and proximity to Lisbon . It is a very small, very safe city that invites to friendly and relaxing walks and bike rides.

MOVE:
In Costa de Caparica we reach everywhere on foot, from a promenade to the sea, to the restaurants, supermarkets, bars and local parks. The bicycle and the small train of the beaches are also options to know all the coastal zone. There are direct buses to Lisbon that take around 1h and by car or taxi it takes 30 minutes to the center of the capital (25km) and also to the airport. There is a free public parking on the street, subject to availability, which is not possible to book and is scarcer in high season.
