Downstairs a cozy living room with conservatory, double shower and separate toilet. TV and internet.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms.
Beautiful garden where the red brussels form a nice company and the rest of the environment deprives you of all the stresses.
Pets are not allowed.
Although it is not a welcome gesture, but people who smoke are not welcome (For our guests and for ourselves we want to keep a pleasant living environment)
Dishwasher and washing machine available.
A ladies and men's bike is at your disposal to discover the beautiful cycle paths along the North Sea beach and the dunes.

Zum Wohlfühlen

Ein Ferienhaus dass keine Wünsche offen läßt. Es ist Licht durchflutet, großzügig eingerichtet zum Entspannen, ruhig gelegen. Gastfreundschaft wird sehr groß geschrieben Kommen gerne wieder !

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Garten ist sehr schön und eine Oase der Ruhe. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt: genügend Geschirr, Gewürze, Waschmaschine. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt ca. 1 km und dann folgt ein schöner, sehr breiter Sandstrand. Spielplätze sind in Laufreichweite vorhanden und der Supermarkt sowie das Dorf können mit den vorhandenen Rädern leicht erreicht werden. Lastenräder sind im nahegelegenen Verleih erhältlich (auch als E-Bike). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben sowie ein Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Very Nice House

You have the feeling that the owners use the house frequently themselves. It is equipped very good and personal. Even two bikes can be used. The distance to the beach is 1.5km and very well to handle. great place to spend a week in close to the sea. regards rüdiger

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem Komfor ausgestattet mit sehr viel Liebe zum detail. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Die Eheleute Schoutens waren uns direkt sympatisch Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ideall. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Liebe Grüße aus Leverkusen Fa.
