Arrábida Country Retreat

Arrábida Country Retreat is a stunning 5 bedroom villa for 11 guests located in the Arrábida Natural Park, very close to wonderful beaches with crystal clear water. The architecture of this villa is in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings and the outdoor spaces, in particular, are very well equipped to allow guests to enjoy comfortably the tranquility that this retreat has to offer.

The areas of the house are spacious and bright, with large glass windows that provide wonderful views of the garden and pool. The living-room has a number of facilities including a TV, DVD, fireplace and dinning area. The kitchen is fully equipped, has an induction hob and electric oven, coffee machine and electric kettle. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed with a closet. There are two more twin bedrooms and another triple room with bunk beds and a single bed. Cot is available, as well as baby chair. The house has all amenities, which include free Wi-Fi and heating.

Outside, there are several spots to contemplate nature and relax. Guests can enjoy a wonderful breakfast under the porch or read a book lying on the garden bed overlooking the pool. Guests can cook their own meals and enjoy it outside. The villa is pet-friendly and allows one pet per stay, subject to booking the respective additional service. Events can be authorized upon prior request and an additional cost will apply.

Serious Disappointment !

1.The roof is not waterproof ,water literally poors into the masterbedroom when it rains. Several ridge tiles missing . Signs of previous leakages on wooden floor !2.No proper functioning heating system during thte shoulder season. Radiant heaters insufficient.3.Penetrating sewer and mold smell (and mold growth in the kitchen) throughout the house. No appropriate reaction from owner/contact person after signaling first two points . At a renting price of 400/day better quality standards are expected .A pity for a property with potential .A REFUND (at least partial) WOULD BE APPROPRIATE and JUST.

Tolles Ferienhaus für einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie

Das Haus hat alles, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen perfekt. Gleichzeitig können viele, wunderschöne Strände in kurzer Zeit mit dem PKW erreicht werden und ein Tagesausflug nach Lissabon ist mit einer Fahrzeit von 50min ein Leichtes. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Ich finde das Einchecken mit den Ausweisdaten aller Mitreisenden etwas merkwürdig.
