House with 85m2 inserted in Aldeia da Aldeia das Açoteias, Praia da Falésia, Albufeira.
Located about 1400 meters from Praia da Falésia, with several services available a few meters (eg supermarket less than 500m).
Two pools in the Resort and lots of green space.
It is a villa with 1 large living room, 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 beds, 1 with 2 beds + 1 bunk bed) and a mezzanine with 2 single beds (ideal for two couples with / without children), 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen with spacious dining space as well as two private gardens. Air conditioning and fireplace. Private place to park the car. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine and all utensils. Bed linen and bathroom available. It has barbecue, support bench with sink and simple furniture for meals in the garden. The villa was completely renovated this spring, lying in the new state.
