This superb detached property is situated close to the town of Barmouth and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.

Arnant is a large modern detached property nestled close to the town of Barmouth and offering sensational views of both the countryside and the seaside. With 3 large, spacious bedrooms all with TVs, this property sleeps up to 6 people and is equipped with a downstairs bathroom and upstairs shower room. Alongside this is a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable sitting and dining area, an upstairs veranda and a conservatory. Outside guests will find off-road parking and an enclosed patio area which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying tasty BBQs on hot summer evenings. This holiday home prioritises comfort, practicality and above all spaciousness for all guests; and due to its beautiful location and fantastic views, the Arnant is perfectly suited to large families and groups of friends looking to escape to the Welsh countryside in style.

Please Note: The wall at the front of the balcony is being worked on and will result in levels of noise as well as obstruction to views. The work will finish by July 4th 2025.
The neighbouring property is also having construction work done with an uncertain end time; however, noise should be minimal. Please note: this property has a changeover day of Friday.

Patio garden with furniture and first floor balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shops, pub, restaurant and harbour 6-8 mins walk. Note: Children are to be supervised due to the glass balcony.

BEWARE: The view is no longer there

We were warned before hand that there is some building work being done next door. What we weren’t told (and we only booked it 2-3 weeks before going!) was that there’s a massive house been built right in front of the view from the balcony and terrace. So you’re literally just sitting on them facing a massive new house and builders so no privacy! We were really disappointed and feel it was very false advertising. You can see a bit of the sea to either side of the big new build but it is nothing like the photos which was the reason I chose it for my partner’s birthday present. As the builders were still there till 5pm we didn’t even feel like we could use the terrace/balcony as they’re right in front of you. Likewise when you get up in the morning. The place was clean and rooms were lovely. But we do want to pursue compensation as this broke my back trying to get such a lovely place for her birthday and being sold a lie. I feel sorry for others who will also be let down.
