This wonderful, detached barn conversion is situated near Bylchau in County Conwy, amongst the owner's working farmland at the end of a farm track. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor, along with a second double bedroom and one with twin beds upstairs. In the utility is a shower room with a walk-in shower, and upstairs is a bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower. At the front of the property is a conservatory extension with comfy seating for five, and there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a breakfast bar and a dining table, along with comfy seating for two in front of Bi-fold doors. The snug has exposed stone walls, wooden beams and a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for eight cars, a paved patio with furniture and a raised lawned garden. A fantastic holiday home for exploring North Wales. Please note: This property only accepts Saturday check-ins during the peak dates (summer holidays).

Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor King Size, 1 x double with TV, 1 x twin. Ground floor shower room with wet room-style shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 2), dining area, comfy seating for 3 in the kitchen and Bi-fold doors to patio. Sitting room (seats 6) with woodburning stove. Conservatory (seats 6). There are robes for use when coming out of the hot tub as well as extra towels for the hot tub. There are no beach towels, as these are to be used for hot tub only.
