The luxury seafront bungalow is located right by the sea with a private terrace overlooking the ocean. The bungalow is modernised to a high standard with modern furniture and fittings and has fibre broadband Wifi.
The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, inductive hob, oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker The cooking area faces the sea!
The colourful lounge/dining area has an array of modern furniture and a flat screen HD TV/DVD, plus a HI-FI system with CD/Radio. The lounge doors open out onto the ocean front terrace, which is ideal for eating and drinking alfresco in the evening.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes, side tables with lamps, vanity area with mirror, hairdryer, ceiling fan and mosquito screens on the window. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds , side table with lamp, fitted wardrobes, work desk facing the sea with work lamp, and hairdryer .
The bathroom is equipped with a roomy walk-in shower with large fixed shower head plus removable small hand shower, wc, wash basin , storage units and handy toiletry shelves.
Your large private terrace overlooks the ocean and has a table and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds with mattresses. Watch the sunrise while eating breakfast!

Best if looking for a tranquil stay

A lovely location in a small complex right next to the waves. Walkers do come past and there is no ‘front garden’. Just a place to watch the waves. Pretty good for places to eat and a charming ‘arty’ villa.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location!

We had a fantastic holiday in Lanzarote! The apartment was so cosy and comfortable, we had everything we needed and it was in the most idyllic location. The terrace is perfect to sit and watch the sea and the surfers and just for relaxing at the apartment and only a few minutes away are natural sea pools for swimming, just heaven! Judy was very quick to respond to any query and left useful information about the area in the apartment, there are some great restaurants within walking distance. All in all a perfect holiday!

Spektakuläre Lage, direkt am Atlantik

Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten! Die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Safe war problemlos und klappte super.Auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken oder dort abends ein Glas Wein zu trinken, war wunderschön und entspannend, nicht zuletzt wegen der wirklich spektakulären Lage, ein paar Meter vom Atlantik entfernt!Bademöglichkeit gibt es in einem nur ein paar Minuten entfernten natürlichem Meerwasserbecken oder aber am schönen Sandstrand in Arieta, auch fußläufig erreichbar.Generell ist die Lage Punta Mujeres optimal für Ausflüge sowohl in den Norden als auch in den Süden der Insel.Der einzige Wermutstropfen aus unserer Sicht war eine fehlende Bar, Kneipe oder ähnliches, die man abends auf einen Drink oder Wein hätte besuchen können. Restaurants gibt es in Punta Mujeres und in Arieta, nicht alle haben am Abend geöffnet.Alles in allem war unser 14tägiger-Aufenthalt dort sehr, sehr schön!

Voor zeeliefhebbers!

Een gezellige casita direct aan zee. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Inloopdouche. Goede bedden. Rustig dorpje. Supermarkt en goede restaurants op loopafstand. We kregen tijdig alle benodigde informatie over de route, het adres, telefoonnummers en code voor de huissleutel. Het contact met de eigenaresse was uitstekend en snel.

Propriété très bien équipée et décorée face à la mer dans un endroit très agréable et calme loin des complexes hoteliers, avec une plage à 50 mètres et une épicerie à 100 et plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité.

freie sicht auf den atlantik

die lage direkt am meer mit blick auf die krachenden wellen ist einmalig! allerdings: wir waren im november hier und es war die ganze zeit sehr windig und auf der veranda meistens unangenehm zugig. wir haben trotzdem unser frühstück draussen genossen! die wohnung ist bunt und fröhlich eingerichtet, mit vielen nippes und plastikblumen. sie ist allerdings schon ein bisschen in die jahre gekommen (alte teppiche, müffelnde schubladen). küche: es ist alles da, was man so braucht. schlafzimmer: die king-size-matratze war für unseren geschmack etwas weich.

Punta Mujeres - DIE Region für Erholung

Punta Mujeres im Allgemeinen ist wie immer ein Traum! Appartment ansprechend eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Sehr schön ist die breite und grosse Terrasse; sie ist 3 Fliesenreihen breiter als bei anderen Appartaments. Vorteilhaft bei Regen, so bleibt der Eingangsbereich trocken. Große Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, 4-Plattenherd, ein Super Wasserkocher, Toaster, zwei Geschirrhandtücher (ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit), Geschirr voll ausreichend für 2 Pers. (für 4 Personen Teller/Tassen evtl. etwas knapp bemessen), die Waschmaschine ist ein tolles Gerät. Sehr angenehm ist der Deckenventilator im hinteren Schlafzimmer, ebenso die Fliegengitter in den Fenstern. Leider steht kein deutschsprachiges SAT-TV zur Verfügung (keine ASTRA-Verbindung), nur englisch- oder arabischsprachige Sender können empfangen werden.

Das Appartment ist gemuetlich und die Lage direkt am Meer ideal

Da das Appartment ueber eine Spuelmaschine verfuegt, sollte man das Geschirr etwas aufstocken. Wenn es mit 4 Personen belegt ist, finde ich je 6 Teller und fuer 6 Personen Besteck etwas wenig.
