One bedroom with double bed 160cm, living room with two sofa beds of 140cm.
Cleaning is done by the tenant.
Note: Low ceiling, approx 185cm. Pets not allowed. No smoking indoors. It gets very hot on the porch in the summer and the windows there can't be opened
