The building has a double elevator and free parking in front of the building.
Ideal for those arriving by train because a short walk from the FFSS train station, but also for those arriving by car because of the highway.
Also close to the bus stop and MINIMETRO (especially convenient and quick to reach the historic center).

Posizione strategica

Proprietaria garbata e disponibile, appartamento molto pulito, profumato, caldo e accogliente. Dotato di tutto: lenzuola, asciugamani, prodotti per la pulizia, canovacci..e la proprietaria ci ha omaggiato perfino della colazione. Logisticamente collocato in posizione strategica: a 2 passi dal sottopassaggio della stazione dei treni, vicinissimo allo svincolo autostradale di San Faustino. Sotto il palazzo c'è la fermata del bus e poco più avanti la stazione del minimetro. Zona molto servita: bar,tabacchi,supermercati e un discount (lidl), poi pizzerie,fast food,negozi di telefonia, abbigliamento ecc Esperienza pienamente positiva!

Eccellente nell'accoglienza, ogni comfort a disposizione. Una grande professionalità da parte dela proprietaria, che si presta con accurata sensibilità nel fornire ogni particolare per rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Decisamente da ripetere l'esperienza e consiglio vivamente a chi fosse di passaggio o anche per trascorrere una vacanza in una città molto bella.

Appartamento carino, proprietaria molto cordiale

L'appartamento è molto carino, di dimensioni ridotte ma molto comodo e perfetto per due persone. La proprietaria, molto disponibile, ci ha accolto mostrandoci la casa e facendoci trovare un appartamento pulito in cui non mancava davvero nulla: tavola imbandita per la colazione, caffè e persino shampoo e cosmetici in bagno! La posizione è buona, molto vicino alla stazione da cui prendere il minimetrò per arrivare in centro. In definitiva, consigliato.

Panorama unico su Perugia

Location centrale e comodissima per gli spostamenti, collegata molto bene sia per chi si muove a piedwi, in macchina che con i mezzi. Appartamento carino e grazioso finemente arredato, completo di tutto. Ottima vista su Pg. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
