Stone house (10 pers.) Completely renovated in 2015 and in 2019 for the 2nd part with access for the disabled, this 19th century house is located in Erdeven, in a quiet environment, in the countryside, close to a riding school, golf Saint Laurent, while staying 6km from the large beach of Kerhilio.
Comfortable, bright and tastefully decorated, you will feel quickly at ease in this beautiful house with its pleasant garden of 650 m² (not closed), you can enjoy your meal on the terrace or in the dining room very friendly and bright .
On the ground floor: - kitchen, dining room, living room - 75m² - 2 separate toilets (including 1 for PMR) - a bedroom (a bed 2 places in mezzanine and a bed 1 place, large wardrobe) - and a room trundle beds for PMR- - a PMR access shower room - the laundry room and storage space.
On the 1st floor: a bedroom (double bed) and its beautiful bathroom en suite - a bedroom (1 single bed mezzanine - sofa bed 2 places) and shower - separate toilet and washbasin - a bright corridor, the elegant railing of the wrought iron staircase and its mini-library

Access by the D22 from Paris / Auray towards Belz, turn on the left to reach the hamlet "Les Meneques / Kervazo"

The house is housed in a small hamlet located 3km from the village of Erdeven and 6km from the large beach of Kerhilio. At 800 meters are an exceptional artisan-baker and a creamery-cheese bio.

    Maison très agréable et super séjour

    Nous étions un groupe d'ami et nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est très belle et agréable, bien agencée. La propriétaire est à l'écoute des questions et fait au mieux pour que le séjour se passe bien. La partie PMR est bien adaptée avec un siège de douche rajouté à la demande (chambre au rez de chaussé et spacieuse, salle d'eau et toilettes à proximités, douche à l'italienne et lavabo adapté, et grand toilette). Pas de marche et de seuil aux différentes entrées. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour un séjour dans le morbihan

    Agréable séjour

    Très jolie maison en adéquation avec le descriptif, même si la deuxième chambre pour adulte est un peu petite et limitée en rangement. Maison très agréable à vivre pour deux familles. Erdeven est facile à rejoindre à vélo (4km). La plage également pour les plus courageux (6,5km).
