Amazing view and very lovely apartement

The apartement is situated very close to a small beach where we went for a swim every day. Close to the apartement are various restaurants and the city of Altea is in walking distance. The interior of the apartement is so nice and Angela and her husband had thought of everything. The two of them were so friendly and very helpful.

What can I say the apartment was clean bright and spacious the living room and bedrooms were a good size the kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you could possible need.The balcony was a very good size as there was room for a large table and chairs for alfresco dinning plus sunbeds and chairs for laying back and relaxing I can't describe the feeling of sitting back with a cold beer in hand watching the sun go down over the Mediterranean Sea the view is spectacular.And I must say a very big thank you to Angela and her family for making our stay perfect and making us feel very much at home. Perfect in every way

Already upon arrival, we saw that this was the place. We have traveled a lot, but here the total experience was perfect. The Ribes family lives nearby and responded quickly and was helpful with everything. The apartment is delicately furnished and has a location right by the sea with a short distance to shops and restaurants. There is a beach (stone) 25m from the apartment. It takes 20 minutes to walk into Altea, but you don't have to walk along the road with traffic. We thank Angela and her husband for a wonderful stay. All the best from Vidar and Hege

Tastefully decorated, gracious hosts, spacious, well equipped, spectacular view. From the complimentary wine, chocolates, champagne and fresh fruit upon arrival to the large balcony with ample furnishings to the extra bedding and towels, portable heaters (which were needed this trip), to the well-equipped kitchen and good sized living areas, there was nothing more we could have asked for. Although the owners only spoke Spanish, they had translation apps they used to communicate with us and went out of their way to be sure we were satisfied, even coming over within a few minutes when we had difficulty with the stove when we had just asked them to e-mail us directions. We would definitely recommend this location and the hosts. Thank you for a wonderful time (despite the weather). Sue and Chris-Wisconsin, USA

Perfect spot for a winter stay

Beautiful and exceptionally clean and well-prepared flat in an idyllic waterfront location. Very quiet spot with access only for residents by car, about 1km north of the busy centre of Altea town . There is a cycle / walkway outside that you can follow all the way to the tram station or into town. Especially nice in the early morning when the sun comes up over the sea and fills the flat with light and warmth so you can have breakfast on the balcony. In late February the big electric heater in the lounge was only needed for a few hours in the early morning and evening. Other heaters were available if you should be unlucky enough to have some cold days. Great location for getting around the northern Costa Blanca area now that the motorway is toll-free, either into the mountains or up and down the coast. Obviously an ideal choice for cyclists with the specialist cycling hotel Cap Negret and a cycle hire shop just up the road. If you just want to relax the balcony is a lovely sunny, sheltered and private spot for reading a book or watching the world go by.

Perfecto!

First and foremost cleanliness, which is alpha and omega for any hotel or other property otherwise let, leased, rented, etc. Cap Negret 36-1 does not disappoint, the place was spick and span when I arrived, fresh, spotless and very welcoming. The apartment is exactly as advertised, it looks as in the photos and it contains what is promised and everything works. In fact, the photos do not entirely do the place justice because for example, they simply cannot capture the experience of sitting on that fantastic terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and just look out as you hear the waves crashing against the shore and people sailing by, it is fabulous. Also, make sure to catch a sunrise or two while you are there, beautiful. The people who own the property are delightful. They met me when I arrived, were welcoming and nice and took pride (for good reason) in showing me around and introducing me to the apartment, which I found stocked with wine, fruit, bottled water and coffee. Throughout my stay they were helpful and gracious and came to say goodbye when I left. All this while I spoke no Spanish and they did not speak English. We used Whatsapp and translator and it worked seamlessly, no issues at all. In my view the ultimate sign that one is satisfied with a place is when you can say yes to the question, would you stay there again? My answer to Cap Negret 36-1 is 100% yes, I had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing stay in a very nice apartment. This place is perfecto!

Schitterend gelegen appartement

Wat een mooi appartement! met een ruim terras waar het vrije uitzicht op de kleine baai nooit verveelt. Binnen is ook alles spic and span; smaakvol ingericht, aan alles is gedacht. Fijn is ook de priveparkeerplaats. Angela en Roc zorgen voor een hartelijk ontvangst. Op korte loopafstand is een aantal restaurants en supermarkten. Vanaf 1 maart gingen er extra strandtenten open. Altea is te voet in 20 minuten te bereiken. Op 10 min lopen is een station van de TRAM; een treintje dat van Alicante naar Denia rijdt. Kortom, een super plek om te verblijven.

Fantastisch huis op een prachtige plek

Dit was het mooiste huis dat ik ooit voor een vakantie heb gehuurd. Zeer compleet en mooi ingericht. De locatie en het uitzicht waren prachtig. Prachtig terras met goed meubilair. Angela en Roc waren erg vriendelijk en de communicatie verliep uitstekend.

Wir haben diese schöne Wohnung sehr genossen. Die gemütliche und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung war für uns der Grund diese zu mieten. Nichts enttäuscht. Der herzliche Empfang von Angela und Roc war der Beginn von 2 Wochen Genuss in dieser Wohnung mit Meerblick nahe dem Zentrum von Altea. Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren nach Altea und wissen jetzt, wo wir nächstes Jahr hin wollen!!

Absolutely beautiful!

Ángela and her family were absolutely wonderful. Their accommodation is the best…from the beautiful finishing in their apartment, to the private parking, to the location… with a lovely uncrowded beach out your front door, to the warm welcome we were given during our stay. We were so lucky to have found this listing on VRBO, and left feeling like family. Thank you for putting up with my poor español Angela! :) We miss you and Altea already! If you are looking for a place to call home for your time in Spain, do not hesitate to book…we drove from Valencia to Cartagena along the Spanish coast, and nothing came close to Altea and this property. And the fireworks show in August, along with the towns celebrations and parades were absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much Angela for making our holiday to Spain perfect in every way! Helemaal geweldig

Het was weer een geweldige ontvangst. Aangezien we op zondag aankwamen en winkels dicht zijn, kregen we een heerlijke paella. Kregen gelijk restant huur terug, aangezien we eerder naar huis terug moesten. Wat een goede service. Al met al een een prettig verblijf in een prachtig huisje. Henny en Nico
