The Mar del Plata apartment is an accommodation for 4 people with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom, located on the ground floor and with a terrace full of light in front of a bright garden.



This apartment is located just 300 meters from Playa de Alcudia, the longest beach in Mallorca, with more than 12 km. Unbroken sand. It is also very central, close to supermarkets, restaurants and other tourist attractions.



The Mar del Plata apartment is a very charming place, an apartment completely renovated in 2017 with great detail and exquisite taste.



You can park for free next to the apartment. The first thing that is not surprising is the tranquility of the neighborhood and the brightness of its terrace. There is access from there to the dining room equipped with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. From a comfortable living room, to a TV with international channels, WIFI and air conditioning. All with great elegance and decoration. In the living room we have a dining table and nearby we find the fully equipped kitchen.



Next to the living room are the two bedrooms. A room with a double bed and a second room with two single beds. The apartment has a family bathroom with a spacious shower.



Hiking, cycling and fishing can be enjoyed in the surroundings. The apartment offers car rental service and an airport shuttle service for a fee.
