About this property

Cal Nenot, self-catering cottage with private pool and views of the Montsec

House located in PUIGCERCÒS (a small village 4Km from Tremp), built in 1882 with stone typical of the area and completely renovated in 2017.
The house has a garden, a swimming pool, a terrace and a barbecue and the decor has been carefully decorated to make it romantic and cozy.

It is ideal to spend a few days of tranquility and for nature lovers, for the proximity of the Montsec and Pyrenees mountains and for excursions with children or friends (Mont Rebei, Aigüestortes, Vall de Bohí), as well as numerous activities like Are rafting, skiing, canoeing, etc.)

The house accommodates 8 guests and consists of 2 floors. On the lower floor there is a bathroom, dining room, kitchen and living room with access to the garden. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Two bedrooms have a double bed and two double bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed. The rooms with a double bed have a balcony and views of the garden and the Sierra del Montsec.
The bathrooms have ample showers.

Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. Flat screen TV and heating (available from October). Linens and towels included.

La maison est comme annoncée. Aucune surprise. Tout était plus que correct. Les propriétaires étaient charmants, accueillants et faisaient beaucoup d effort pour nous comprendre. J ai très apprécié. La maison était très propre. Il ne manquait rien (jusqu’à nous mettre quelques tablettes pour le lave vaisselle.). La maison gardait le frais malgré les grosses chaleurs. La région est magique. Des paysages époustouflants. Nous nous sommes éclatés. Nous avons trouvé des choses à visiter idéal pour un couple de 50 ans mais aussi idéal pour un couple de 25 ans. À refaire.
