This superbly located 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment is a 4 minute walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza with its fabulous restaurants & bars. The property is furnished to cater for your every need and is set in a beautiful urbinization. There is a large lounge and dining area with English TV and free wi-fi, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. The property comes with full air conditioning cold or hot in all rooms. In the garden you will find loungers so that you can enjoy laying in the sun and has a gas BBQ for you to use. The property overlooks the communal pool which is open 10.00am to 10.00pm.

La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire. Cabo Roig beach is just a short drive from the apartment. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you.

The Orihuela Costa is a picturesque location perfectly located on Costa Blanca South of Spain. Courtesy of the surrounding airports, hotels, and many golf courses, Orihuela Costa has very much become a sought after and lively golfing destination.
If you are travelling for golf specifically, or are hoping to include golf in your plans then be assured that you are within 5 to 15 minutes from a number of Spain’s most popular golf courses

Fantastic location

Lovely spacious apartment and very clean.Pool was very clean also.5 min walk to the plaza ,perfect stay.We come to villamartin every year but this was the first time staying here but 100%will be coming back to this apartment.

Perfect location and accommodation for our golf week.

Stayed in the area number of tomes over past years but in apartments in Cabo Roig. This year we decided to stay at Villa martin in rental properties. Apartment we rented was perfect, very clean and great location for getting to golf courses and night life is good in villa martin.

I made an excellent choice when picking this apartment!! Check in/out very easy, facilities fantastic there wasn’t anything missing that you needed!! You can sit cosy on the terrace and sunbath all day on the larger patio area, the benefit of this property is the closeness to the pool - right next to the apartment. It’s also not overlooked as you are facing the canal and surrounding fields. Also the walk to the supermarket (this supermarket is defo one of the best) and plaza is only 10 mins depending on whether you went into the two bars you pass on the way, which by the way are great bars!! We also had a car which we parked right outside the property which also is a bonus. Thank you Sharon at the Gleam Team Rentals. We will be back for sure!!!
