About this property

Located in a private residence, the apartment has all the comfort with a splendid view from the terrace and the parental suite, on the bay of Casares. Note that there is no building with floors that disturbs the beautiful view of the Mediterranean. This fully air-conditioned, pleasant and well maintained apartment is ideal for 4 people. No car noise disturbs the calm of the property. Its location also allows you to access by footpath in 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach and palm trees of Casares.
The pool of the property is equipped with a 15 ml pool and a paddling pool. Entry is by a magnetic badge provided.
The location is an excellent starting point for visiting Andalusia. (Marbella 30 minutes / Puerto Banus, Granada, Seville ...)

EXCELLENT

Nous avons passé 12 jours dans une dans une propriété privée magnifique, très bien entretenue et très propre. L' appartement est très bien agencé, fonctionnel et totalement équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire, avec 2 suites parentales comprenant chacune baignoires, douches, bidet et wc. Que dire de la terrasse si ce n'est que la vue sur mer est tout simplement à couper le souffle avec une vue exceptionnelle. Nous recommandons très fortement cet appartement.

Estancia en Bahía de Casares

El apartamento es perfecto, todo limpio, con un menaje completo y muy tranquilo. Las vistas al mar son geniales. La piscina está bien y no hay mucha gente. La única pega es que hay que coger el coche para todo. A pesar de ello hemos pasado unas buenas vacaciones.

Wundervoller Urlaub in geräumiger Wohnung mit Meer

Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief reibungslos. Laurent informierte uns über alles Wissenswerte zur Wohnung und Übergabeprozedur. So auch der Nummer von Toni, welche sich vor Ort um alles kümmert. Zudem bekamen wir jede Menge Empfehlungen für unseren Aufenthalt wie z. B. Restaurants, Strände, Ausflugsziele etc.! Die Vorfreude wurde durch die sehr warmherzige Kommunikation definitiv gesteigert. Vor Ort angekommen, kontaktierten wir Toni zwecks Wohnungsübergabe. Diese funktionierte trotz der Tatsache, dass Toni nur spanisch spricht, super. Google Übersetzer und den Spanischkenntnissen meiner Tochter sei Dank. An der Stelle einen riesen Dank an Toni, welche uns mit ihrer Freundlichkeit, Warmherzigkeit und ihrer Hilfsbereitschaft jederzeit ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wohnung selbst fanden wir sehr sauber vor. Sie ist geräumig und hat eine tolle Zimmeraufteilung. Aufgrund zweier Schlafzimmer mit je einem dazugehörigem Badezimmer, kann man problemlos mit größeren Kindern oder mit zwei Paaren die Wohnung nutzen. Die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche ist zudem sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben zumindest nichts vermisst! Ein Highlight ist sicher die große Terrasse mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Küstenabschnitt. Die Anlage in der sich die Wohnung befindet, ist ruhig auf einem Hügel gelegen und verfügt über einen sehr großen und gepflegten Poolbereich, welcher zudem eingezäunt ist, was gerade für Familien mit Kleinkindern sicherlich sehr angenehm ist. Während unseres Aufenthalts in der Hauptsaison, war der Poolbereich überschaubar von anderen Urlaubern genutzt. Von der Anlage bis zum nächsten Strand, welcher im übrigen sehr schön ist und einen tollen Chiringuito mit Restaurant besitzt, ist es nicht sehr weit und man kann problemlos zu Fuß gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zudem auch reichlich in der Umgebung. Die Wohnungsabnahme bei der Abreise war absolut problemlos, da wir selbstverständlich keine unaufgeräumte und beschädigte Wohnung übergeben haben, was sich ja von Selbst versteht. Fazit: Ein wundervoller Urlaub in Laurents Wohnung mit toller Unterstützung vor Ort!
