Palavas is a southern town located between the Mediterranean Sea and the wild ponds (Natura 2000 site).
The apartment is on the first line with sea view, located on the third and last floor of a residence without lift.
You have private access to the beach (Blue Flag).
Housing has been renovated this year (furniture, appliances, bedding).
It consists of a kitchen with terrace, a bedroom with two beds (a bunk bed and a single bed) with terrace, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a second bedroom with a double bed sea view and a sea view.
The apartment is crossing: on one side sea view from the wooden terrace; on the other a view of Montpellier and the Pic Saint Loup.
You benefit from a private parking space during the entire stay.
All shops are nearby: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, surf and paddle hire.
Casino, Luna park, nautical center, surf school, Levant Park, Lighthouse of the Mediterranean, markets, fishing on the canal will delight both young and old.
You are 20 minutes from Montpellier airport, 45 minutes from Nîmes airport and 1 hour from Béziers airport and 25 minutes from Montpellier station.

Top Lage - schöne Strandwohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen, die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang am Strand bis nach Palavas, die Wohnung hat alles was man für eine schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der perfekte Strandurlaub

Eine sehr schöne saubere und geschmackvolle Wohnung. Der große Balkon direkt zum Meer hin ist ein Traum. Perfekte Größe für Familie mit 3 Kindern. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Sehr sympathische Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Ort Palavas, super Balkon. Leider aber war die Wohnung nicht sauber: Essensresten im Gefrierfach Leere Dosen in Dusche und Kaffeemaschine, schmierige Kuechengriffe und Mikrowelle sowie Sessel draussen etcetc. Wir mussten zuerst die ganze Wohnung putzen. Zudem wurden nicht alle Betten der Wohnung bezogen sowie keine Ersatzbettwaesche bereitgestellt. Es war etwas schmuddelig... Das schlimmste aber: Dusche unbrauchbar, da das Wasser absolut nicht ablief! Es war ein Horror u aergerlich und grausig... Schade.

Un petit coin de paradis

Malgré un petit "stress" en début de séjour, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. Le logement est propre, moderne très bien équipé. la vue est tout simplement magnifique, elle vous met de bonne humeur dés le début de la journée. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Je recommande à 100 %.

Nous avons vraiment les pieds dans l'eau : passage privé de l'immeuble directement sur la plage. L'appartement est moderne, très bien équipé et décoré avec charme. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Vraiment les pieds dans l'eau, un tres bel appartement décoré avec goût ce qui ne gâche rien. Moderne, fonctionnel, literie de grande qualité ( je suis très exigeante en la matière !) et puis ... La vue !! Exceptionnelle ! Plage peu fréquentée ce qui a été un vrai bonheur ( pourtant la semaine du 15 août) et suffisamment proche du centre pour profiter sans être embêté par le bruit. À refaire !
