This beautiful house, situated in the heart of Platja d'Aro, has a perfect location, in a quiet street but only 500 m. from the beach and 100 m. from the main street. Enjoy the beach, the best restaurants in St. Antoni and all services all in walking distance and so easy to reach there is no need for a car. 
With a constructed area of 150 m2, it is distributed in two levels.
On the lower level we find the living room and dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and a toilet.
The upper floor consists of four bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a sunny swimming pool where you can relax and cool off on hot summer days.
There is a garage with space for a small car.

PLAYA DE ARO, located in the heart of the Costa Brava, has become one of the most renowned tourist destinations in the area of Baix Empordà, with attractions for leisure and culture. Its varied commercial, leisure and restaurant offer concentrates a large number of establishments that make it one of the liveliest towns on the Costa Brava, perfect for entertaining the youngest members of the family with water parks, amusement parks, etc. Moreover, its coastline offers a wide variety of beaches and charming coves, making it a perfect natural area for water sports, hiking and mountain biking.
