Apartment of 120 square meters and of new construction in one of the best urbanizations of Tarifa. Located at the entrance of the village and a few meters from the beach of Los Lances, it has gardens and community pool (open from June 15 to September 15). The historic center is a 15-minute walk away.

In addition to the spacious living room, which has stunning views of the sea and the African coast, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second with two single beds.

It also has a toilet with shower and separate kitchen, with everything you need to cook in the accommodation: ceramic hob with 4 burners, microwave, fridge-combi ...

The terrace has outdoor furniture where you can relax in this very special enclave.

It has Wi-Fi and air conditioning only in the living room.

muy buena estancia
la verdad que la casa está genial, una terraza y una urbanización que son perfectas, una puesta de sol magnífica. creo que los acabados podrían mejorar, había algún pomo de puerta que estaba roto, o las cortinas de ducha no terminaban de cerrarse.
