This stunning 4th floor Majestic Sun 409B vacation rental condo at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL is a one bedroom condo and features a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a luxurious master bedroom with a king size bed and an adjoined master bathroom. This condo is perfect for a romantic beach getaway as you can unwind on the balcony in the evenings and watch the sunset over the horizon or stroll down and take a relaxing walk along the pristine shores of Destin. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.

The living area offers a 60" HDTV and a brand new queen size sleeper sofa. An additional twin over twin bunk bed in the hallway is perfect for children or additional guests. This beautiful vacation rental condo can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers some of the best views on the beach.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

Thanksgiving vacation

The property was in great shape very clean, we had a problem with the one toilet not wanting to flush the tank wanted to over flow, we let the office know and they fixed it that day,other then that we had a very relaxing time.

Best unit we have ever stayed in by far.

From the point of booking the property manager was extremely helpful, prompt, and answered any questions we had. The room was ready early and when we walked in it was immaculate! Everything was spotless, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths available. The two beach chairs were also a plus! The views here are incredible and the staff that work at the property are very friendly! I would have no hesitation booking with this property or specifically this unit again! A+++ can’t say enough, thank you so much!

Cozy for Couples

We enjoyed our stay in 409B. We arrived to find easy music playing. Very nice touch. The unit was clean and equipped with kitchen basics. The balcony has a patio table and a small glider, and great views of the beach. There’s a washer/dryer unit in the extra bathroom. We used the beach chairs provided, saving us the expense of renting from the beach service. The unit is nicely decorated with modern contemporary furnishings. We had everything we needed here. We’ll absolutely rebook this unit for future getaways.

Fabulous location and views

This is our first time staying at majestic sun and the property was great. Very clean, easily accessible, and good views. Seemed safe with easy parking as well. Also very prompt elevators compared to other places we have stayed. Only complaint was we felt we didn’t have all the info we needed in advance like the parking set up, codes to the facility doors (still don’t know), and check out instructions. Our host informed us their was a book with this info in our condo but we never found it. Also our 4PM check in was late and we didn’t receive our condo code check in till after 4PM. Overall even with minor complaints we would stay here again.

My wife and I rolled into one another while sleeping. I would recommend the owners replacing the mattress with an upgraded mattress.

Awesome view, easy access to the beach and everything was just as advertised! The customer service was outstanding! This location was in walking distance to Alvin's Island, most restaurants, and the resort offers bike rentals if you chose to do that! We rented chairs and a umbrella during our stay so we didn't worry about setup etc BUT this rental supplies you with an umbrella and many beach chairs and toys if you don't want to rent! Have zero complaints about this rental and will 100% recommend to anyone!

We could only turn the air down to 72 per rules and it got pretty humid but was cool by night. Would’ve liked chairs already set up at the beach because it was a hassle carrying the chairs and umbrella down to the beach along with tracking sand in the condo when we came back. The bed was comfortable! We had stains on our comforter I requested a new one but the front office staff said they didn’t provide replacements. Maintenance was very quick to respond. The couch was very uncomfortable and hard as a rock definitely needed something that you could actually lean back on.
