Condo is located in a friendly neighbourhood, just steps away from a community pool. Condo features split bedroom layout with master suite separated from the other 2 guest bedrooms, includes washer/dryer, phone, (long distance) cable,etc. Plantation Golf course has been home to the LPGA Qualifying Tournament for more than 20 years.

Condo is close to several gulf coast beaches , including world famous Siesta Key Beach, downtown Venice with unique shopping, entertainment, theatre and many wonderful restaurants. Close proximity to I 75 highway and Sarasota airport. Fort Myers or Tampa airports one hour away, Orlando two hours drive.

Golf, tennis, fitness, and dining Memberships available at Plantation Golf and Country (not included).

Available for 2020/2021 season, 3 month minimum rental period. $3,000 monthly.

Damage deposit required + $150 cleaning fee.
